    i thought usually OAHS requires a ton of time spent practicing (and also requires practice to maintain), so much that handbalancers are often lacking in other cali skills because they took a back seat. I also got to the finger assisted stage myself before quitting

    So honestly, who’s eating plain oats in the morning? 😂 Saying oats have no nutrients is just plain wrong. They’re loaded with fiber, iron, magnesium, and B vitamins. And when you add your usuals, you’re throwing in even more vitamins, antioxidants, protein, and healthy fats-so what’s the excuse? Inconsistent energy ? Oats are complex carbs that release energy gradually, especially if you have half a brain and add some protein or fat. And the idea that oats cause irritability or anxiety is a total joke. With their fiber and slow-digesting carbs, they actually keep your blood sugar and mood stable. Other than that great video

      Thanks for the comment !Adding protein powder or peanut butter is not making in more nutritious, Oats is loaded with phytic acid which will not let you absorb the nutrients because it impairs the production of digestive enzymes and gives you gases. So it's literally empty carbs. plus most people add fruit and more sugar like honey to make it edible so the insulin skyrockets. having drops in energy levels there are people that become hyperactive and anxious with sudden fluctuations.

      Just because in paper it says it has nutrients doesn't mean you can utilise it and digest it properly + oats have phytic acid

      @@guiilhermesa There are various ways to cook oats that make them easier to digest if that's something that troubles you specifically, and to minimize phytic acid you can soak the oats overnight, pretty simple fix. Be careful about what you spread online

      That’s just something they think you don’t know that for a fact. What I know for a fact though is I feel the best eating raw animal foods. Also what they know for a fact is when u cook a food you kill a lot of the nutrition and vitamins in it also you kill the enzymes in that food which are all super important. Also tribes like the massai or somoan tribes or Eskimoans so many tribes ate raw meat and the ones they primarily ate that way had no diseases and were vitally health and lived very very long times. Don’t believe what they tell u on google it’ll say the massai lived to 45 n bullshit like that. The government does not want to promote a diet that’ll heal everyone of every disease. Now of course if your way to far along in a disease it’ll help you live happier for a little while but u potentially will still die but for the most part primal diet heals diseases. Aajonus the man that taught millions of people about all of these things he cured his cancers and other issues. He was supposed to die at like 21 years old and lived until 76 years old he would have lived much longer but died of a freak accident fell off a balcony onto his neck.

      I believe the fatigue curve is different, you can get fatigue pretty fast in the pull ups compared to other movements

    Can somebody help me with this. My goal 10 MU. Plan MON-WED muscle up 4x4 next pull ups 4x6+20kg. friday MU 3x4, PU3x3+60kg. in one week i have 22 series. Is that to much for one week? Should i change amout of pull ups to 3 series and MU to3 series?

      Start by doing MU first then do PU, Do Mu with more frequency 3x a week.
