Explanation of the crash an continental dc 10 takeoff but he lost an metal piece and the dc 10 did not crash and the Concorde takeoff but the metal piece hits the the Concorde's tires and the tire flew off into the fuel tank and the fuel tank exploded and crashed (hopefully it helps😊)

Another flight, which was an Ethiopian Airlines 561 flew by Boeing 727, was going to Addis Ababa from Milan carrying 98 people, including 6 crews. There were 3 pilots, which were 34-year-old Amhara Haimor (pilot), 61-year-old Abera Abate (co-pilot), and 40-year-old Abiy Ahmed (engineer). The flight took off at 6:20 am. Both flights cruised at 35,000 ft, and they flew without any problems. At 7:30, traffic occurred nearby Dubrovnik, Croatia. Both flights were communicating with Dubrovnik ATC. The ATC and the TCAS told flight 561 to descend 1000 ft, and they also told flight 391 to climb 1000 ft, but flight 391 had to confirm that the flight 561 is lower than them so that flight 391 would climb, but it took so long to notice and it hadn’t even climbed yet.
