There is no escaping annoying music . Ugh
Right? It’s like annoying music has its own secret society, and we’re just the unwilling members!
Bahut sunder
Thank you very much!
Novice here, the frame for bench top, why do you cut it at a 45° angle and weld it compared with just bumping it against each other and welding it, is it stronger ?
Personally, I prefer cutting 45-degree angles whenever possible. I find open ends unappealing, so I try to avoid them. By cutting at 45 degrees, I can usually eliminate the need for end caps. However, having open ends on a welding table can be useful for connecting a ground clamp, so it’s a situation where both options have their benefits.
That and a 45° angle creates a larger surface area to weld for a stronger join apparently.
How much money to build this?
Here in Ukraine this was approximately $200, it's been a while.
@@woodweld Here in Iowa, 1”x1”x7’ angle iron is $12.78.
*1/8” thick.
Awesome vid. I really want to take on this project, do you know if flux core welding is food safe? I've read mixed info online.
Thank you! Personally, I wouldn’t recommend using flux core for welding the oven or stove. If you're aiming for high-quality projects in the future, I suggest using a mixed gas with argon and CO2. This will result in cleaner welds with better penetration.
@@woodweld I know flux is not the best but would you not recommend flux core because of quality alone or is the chemicals used in flux core not food safe? Thanks for replying, just sub'd.
@@-SofaKing- I'm more concerned about the chemicals. It leaves a lot of residue. As long as you wire brush and grind all of the flux residue thoroughly on the inside of the oven, I'm sure it'll be fine. 👍
@@woodweld thank you, your input is greatly appreciated.
@@-SofaKing- good luck on the project! 😊
Damn fine work!
Thank you! I really appreciate your support and feedback!
Que medida tienen las tablas ?
Do you mean the stairs or landings?
Cuales son las medidas del hoyo en el plafón y qué altura tiene del piso hasta arriba , gracias
This job was done a few years ago but from what I recall I would say the opening in the ceiling is approximately 1 x 1.5 m and the height from the floor to the ceiling is approximately 3 m.
Puedes dar las medidas
Thanks for watching! Each staircase varies because every ceiling has a different height and the opening to the upper floor varies in size. That's why it's not possible to provide specific measurements for different staircases. This tutorial demonstrates how we constructed our staircase.
Creo que está muy vertical desde arriba se ve poco espacio para poner el pie al bajar
You’re right. If the opening in your ceiling is larger, you can create a more comfortable staircase. We built this staircase for a client's garage, which he doesn't use frequently. When designing a staircase, it's crucial to consider the ceiling height, the size of the opening, the width of the stairs, and the dimensions and number of landings.
Lo único que no dió son las medidas

Can you use charcoal instead of wood to burn?
Yes, charcoal can totally be used instead of wood for burning. If you decide to boil big pots of water, wood flames will be better.
Nice work but I stopped taking you guys seriously the second that dude started polishing that tube cap without safety glasses on, like wtf dude. Your sight is so precious! I’m not a safety cop but take better care of yourself at work man.
The tube cap polishing was a risky move, but hey, we like to live on the edge... just kidding, safety first!
All that work and then puts a store bought pizza in it. 😂 Great job though!
Haha, guilty as charged! Sometimes convenience wins over homemade goodness. Thanks for checking out the video!
Can’t beat a wood fired hand made pizza with fresh ingredients though. My go to whenever I buy pizza now. I’m a welder by trade myself and have been considering making my own oven, which brought me to your video.
Homemade wood-fired pizza is the best! We were in a dusty workshop where unfortunately, we couldn't make the pizza from scratch, but the oven performed really well, it's super efficient. We make these ovens for villages here in Ukraine, women bake about 200+ loaves of bread each day on one of these. If you end up making that oven, share some pics!
I’m interested in making one of these-do you have any information on how it actually cooks and retains heat vs the traditional refractory cement versions?
I can't tell you how it compares to cement versions because I haven't used those, however I was really impressed with this one. We loaded it up with minimal wood and got the temperature up to 400 degrees Celsius quickly. Because of the bricks inside and the insulation around the stove, it can hold heat for a very long time without additional wood. We make these here in Ukraine for volunteer organizations and they send them out to villages where women bake bread, they make around 200 loaves in each one every day. We've had some really positive feedback. Just make sure to always use dry hardwood so the channels in the floor of the stove do not get clogged up.
Excellent! Do you have one that is more modular? As in, screws to take it apart? If not this was a great blueprint to follow!
Hey, thanks for checking out the video! I'll keep in mind to made a video of modular design shelving with screws.
Yes, bolts are superior.
Nice tecnic for build the metal work👍👍Good job 👍👍🥰Thank you for this tutorial tecnic🙏🙏🥰
Thank you for your kind words and for watching the tutorial! I appreciate your support.
nice! may I know what are the sizes and thickness of the square tubes did you use?
I used 40x40x2mm profile pipes for the legs of the platform and 60x40x2mm for the stair supports.
What are the dimensions of the cart? Do you have any plans available?
I don't have the plans available yet, I'll tell you the dimensions tomorrow, I'll measure the cart.
@@woodweld Thank you so much. Also size of the cylinder squares you mounted. You do wonderful work!!
@@joemeeks6750 Thank you Joe! Send me an email! I made the model in sketch-up for you with the dimensions. I'll send it to you.
Hi, do you have the project mesure ?
I don't have a cut list for this, but, it was approximately 16 by 2 feet.
Nice job, what wall size steel section did you use?
Thank you! I used 40x20mm profile pipes with a wall thickness of 2mm for the main supports. I used 1.2mm thickness for the shelves.
Love the colors
Thanks, that was some old automobile paint that my neighbor has lying around, we put it to good use!

How much is this?
Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, we don't ship internationally from Ukraine to the US due to high shipping costs. But good news! @woodweld Hi, what's the sizes of the steel members?
I used 35x35x3mm angle iron for the legs and 30x30x3mm angle iron for the shelves. Thanks for watching 😊

Salut! Ce model este aparatul de sudură?
This is a Ukrainian model (Dnipro-M MG18)
I just love it, I wish I have the courage to do something like that
Thanks, this was a practice piece. Now I have much easier ways to do this. Maybe I'll post a different video in the future.
Nice professionally done
Many many thanks!
Крута робота! Вподобайка та підписка за якісний контент made in Ukraine.
hello! I am looking to build something similar. Could you tell me what welder you are using? or could you recommend one pelase? Thank you
Hello, I'm using a MIG welder here (Dnipro-M MG-18), It's a Ukrainian brand. Depending on where you're located, you can probably get on very similar. If it's for home use, then it doesn't have to be anything powerful or expensive. Mine costs approximately $500-600 with the gas tank and it's a great daily welder.
@@woodweld hey..thanks for your answer. I just purchased a Lincoln Bester 190c. :)
@@slash18gabita That's a nice one, congrats! Hope you enjoy it! Practice and have fun with it, welding is a great business too.
Do you need this kind of shelf, my friend?
Where did you use 1-1/4" angle at looks like all 1"
I used 1-1/4" for the four outside legs (vertical), the inside legs were all profile pipes. All of the horizontal shelving pieces were 1" angle iron.
