    Wouldn't the slow charger be better most of the time if batterie isn't needed quickly ?

    • @Coach_Rolando
      @Coach_Rolando 10 часов назад

      Yes… but the chargers only charge at one speed or rate… so again…in case you will not be riding again in the same day or just a few days later… the best thing to do is. 1 wait to the battery to cool off with the magnet on do the cells can even out. 2 charge up to only 25 to 30% and leave the key in to even the cells … once is charged wait until the day you will ride again. 3 on the day you will ride top off the charge to 100%, once is charged leave the key in until you go riding. Finally once you done riding make sure you will never run the battery to 0%… try to stop at 20 to 15% left. This way your battery will last much longer. I have my first 2.0 battery for 3 years now and apparently I only lost 10%. I hope this helps

    Great video Ronaldo. I am a friend of Jeff's and was involved in creating these. Another possible benefit for power off wave riding or pumping is that the longer fuselage tail has more leverage and may require less shims to get your desired results. Keep in mind the zero shim should have the least drag. Adding positive or negative shims add more and more drag as you get farther from zero. Example; A friend likes the glide he gets from using a positive #4 shim. With a longer fuselage tail he may be able to get the same results with a positive #2 or #3 shim and have less drag. Also heavier riders still want to have their rear foot over the mast when powering off. A longer fuselage tail will help support their weight on the back of the board.

    • @Coach_Rolando
      @Coach_Rolando 4 дня назад

      @@scottw5107 Very good and interesting points… I did not thought about that… as a 185lbs rider I often forget the benefits for the heavier rider and focus more in the lighter riders. @@RafaelGarcia-uz1we Is not going to come off that easily… however it might. I understand about glue on the board. However let me assure this… I was also very concerned with my board to keep it “nice clean and beautiful”… but the truth of the matter is that you will ding your board, scratch and have damage in the future. Is like buying a brand new car… you take really good care of it, but after the first incident or a scratch you don’t mind as much lol… So with that said I’m sure you will not mind with the super glue in the future… besides you can sand it down afterwards… but having the nose guard is much better then now having it at all.

    We’ve been using these all season while Fliteboarding. Main tip is to use with Shokz open ear headsets. The wind noise can make it hard to hear at flying speeds. The Shokz stay on in a crash, are highly water resistant, and you can hear much better without losing the sounds of your surroundings. It’s ideal for teaching! Plus, they are having wireless software updates that are adding more benefits as they continue to develop the system, just like Tesla. Finally, we tried the clip and the arm band, and the arm band is most secure but not as convenient. I think there is room for improvement in this area still. Overall we are very happy with our Milo’s!

    • @JoshEstelle

      You use Shokz with your Milos? Which Shokz do you use?

    • @NMBowhntr
      @NMBowhntr 16 дней назад

      @@JoshEstelle They are the Open Run model. Waterproof rating of IP87, which is the same as the Milo’s. Your head doesn’t stay wet long when you fall, and they have been fine so far. Plus, and this is huge, when you aren’t using them with Milo for communications, you can listen to your favorite music while riding. It really makes the ride become next level, just carving listening to good tunes. So fun! I just put my iPhone in a cheap waterproof iPhone lanyard and tuck it under my Flite Impact vest. Works awesome and the addition of music to the jam of flying is next level. (Disclaimer: I ride 100% of the time with a helmet, and this keeps the headset on when I crash. Not sure if that would happen without the helmet, so plan on losing them if you don’t use a helmet.)

I had a big area of water for them to learn in and when they got better I just got them to pass into range each time they did a pass. Very useful tool. @Coach_Rolando thanks for the info. Wow ducktape. That's brave. I have an insta360 x3 and put it on a gopro mount but I have snapped a few of the mounts. Luckily I have a secondary safety string so I didn't lose the camera. But duct tape! I'll have to try that. 🤙

      @@ObieObien Yes...I lost 2 Insta X2...just make sure you will use enough ducktape and also do not extend your stick all the way...I never use the "thin extension" part of the self stick...that brakes easily ... so I keep the thin part in and extend just to the thicker one if that makes sense. I did same thing here on this video...got the self stick taped on the top of the board and used the nose of the board to criss cross the tape up and down on the board...is a solid mount...and I was going 30 to 35 mph and had no problems .... ruclips.net/video/O_oLchQF7Fs/видео.html

      When I made this video Gong did not had many traveling bags for boards… now they do at very good prices… so I would start there first sure.Gong makes great products… for your weight and height you could be ok with the 4’7 board… even as a beginner that will provide you with good flotation… here are the bags they make now. www.gong-galaxy.com/en/products/gong-wingfoil-travel-bag

    VW T3 is poor. I would never skip from vx to that piece of crap. Honestly, better be from those period is a LT28. Bigger, more power and also with identical Westphalia options.

      Well...everyone has the right of their opinion...this was actually my 2nd VX...If you look at my Chanel here you will see that I had and still have quiet a few different cars... The VX served its purpose in the past...Now I like the VW van to carrie my Efoil gear...The VX is too small for that...so it is not about performance at all...I have my performance car, my day to day car, my fun car....The VX was just sitting in my back year and I had no use for it...so rather then letting is die and sold to some one who would enjoy more then I already did....No regrets at all...and now that the VW is almost perfect I can actually sale for much more them what I bought it for...the VX can only flip up to about 10K in value now days...my VW now is value at 20K now cause everything is working very well...So financially was deff a good move and I have no regrets...Also the plan is not to stop here...the plan is to use the VW for another year...Sale it and them finally get a WINNEBAGO EKKO...so while you "think small" im actually moving forward...cheers mate

    Here in Europe, even eFoils aren't allowed on many lakes, with drastical fees. Not even thinking about a jetBoard. But all jetboards sold in Europe are electric, using the same batteries as eFoils. I don't think any 2stroke engine would get any licence in Europe. So if you're a long way from the ocean, a wingFoil would probably be the way to go, because it's very hard to regulate non motor powered toys.

    • @Coach_Rolando
      @Coach_Rolando Месяц назад

      Yes...I understand that in Europe things are much more restricted....bit out of the 3 sports and lets say we did not had to worry so much like the restrictions like there is in Europe .... I still thing that the best thing is the efoil cause is the best of both worlds... Wing foiling is great and peaceful but the learning curb is hard...not anyone can just learn it and also you depend on the wind to have fun...if is a day without wind you will just have to stay home...the jesurf is noise and makes smoke...but is also very fun and very aggressive...that is why the efoil is deff the best choice out of the 3 in my opinion. But for each their own for sure.

      Great for you...it all depends on what wing you are using too...but keep one thing in mind...speed is your friend...Just like a plane can "stall" at lower speeds...so the slower you go the more unstable and unbalanced your board will be...the fast you go the more stable your board will be...but also the faster you go the more lift you will have so you have to bring your point of balance forward...a couple inches moving forward will be enough....thank you for the comment and have fun out there

      @R00063Rt the wings size depends on how much you weight and also the foils as well… however I highly recommend for you to use the brand Gong… the are great quality and almost half the cost of other brands because they only have one store in France and they sale direct to you… you will be surprised with their product… I wish I knew about them before I got my Armstrong cause I could had saved at least a good 5k in gear

    The main reason I can do the heel side turn more extreme is that the back foot is then on the top side of the board. So I can move as much weight on the back foot as I like and get the board safely to an angle, my wing tip gets out of the water. Doing the same on the toe side, the back foot is on the low side of the board, and putting even more weight on the back foot would lead the board to topple inside the curve.

      So even when you switch you are having problems correct? That is normal...you always will be strong in one side then the other...you just got to practice your weak side for longer rides...try to stay on your weak side longer then in your strong side...I cant even switch ...so I get blow down wind lol...I just got to be careful on the day when the wind is blowing off shore otherwise I can come back home...it sounds like you are doing much better than I lol

    I bought jetsurf electric and gasoline, all of them have electrical problems. It is difficult to replace engine parts and open the battery box. Over time, it will corrode. I do not recommend it. I recommend it for the ease of replacing spare parts I recently bought gasoline for the ease of replacing spare parts, but over time you will not enjoy it and it does not work well . Now I bought it for the ease of exchanging spare parts, because the engine is easily replaced without disassembling the battery room.
