Since the perceived audio quality depends on dozens of factors this is (sorry to sound harsh) absolute nonsense. Also there is no default reason to kill certain frequencies completely like in this video. You do that if the audio source and / or the room gives you problems with certain feedback or resonance effects. The most common casual EQ setting is called "wanne" or sometimes "tub" because the sliders on an external EQ look like a bowl meaning the lowest and the highest frequencies are of the same power of amplification. But since the quality of most modern music productions is a nightmare you would have to compensate individually for every song or album. If you want to have a reference use (e.g.) the albums of Steely Dan. They were absolute recording and sound quality afficionados. Most sound engineers have their own favorite album to set up the EQs for a concert or a room system. But there will never ever be a setting which will give you a good sound for every song and album. That is physically impossible. I tried this recommended setting with different albums - from Lil Nas X "Montero" (which has a horrible quality, constantly going into clipping and with an absolute nightmare of a dirty bass) to Steely Dan's "Goucho" (which is a dream of balance and cleanliness)... and it sounds way to dry without any detail in the upper mid section. There is a reason why these sliders in Poweramp are showing you a colour indicator getting red on the upper levels. And of course: With a 15 € Bluetooth speaker or some 20 $ InEars you will NEVER have a good sound quality. It is just not possible to manufacture a good speaker that is cheap.

No such thing as an all use best eq setting. It depends on the equipment and room and requires an rta for proper setting.

I have been using this across all types of music from Rock, EDM and Classical and really enjoying the crisp high and low. Good headphones always make a diffence so take that into considerationas well as personal taste. Great work keep it up. Would be good if you could do a video on global setting i the app it's self.
