Wha...? Even if we assume he has the same body density as a Human he should weigh nearly 5.7 kilotons, and that's not even including the horn, arm blades, or metal. 20 tons would mean he's less than 39 feet tall

tis means "it is", as a colloquial contraction, similar to it's. I don't think the Ultimatrix is "better" for the record, though I do wish the evolution feature was kept. Aside from that, it's a glitchy messy knockoff. Even though it uses an omnitrix core as you said yourself it wasn't finished.

Funny you should ask, a while back I actually had to redo the math because I didn't remember if I was including the horn or not. Roughly 300 ft tall total (91.44 m) Roughly 260 ft tall excluding the horn (79.248 m) The horn is around 40 ft tall (12.192 m)

Makes sense. I have my OC being able to go double and triple ultimate. Technically they could go higher up than that but it's impractical since it'd be easier to just transform into a stronger alien rather than hitting the Ultimatrix dial 4+ times

The colossal Titan is 60 meters tall or a little under 200 feet. Way Big by my estimate is a little under 300 ft (over 90 meters), but 40 of those feet are just the horn, so he's actually closer to 260 ft (80 meters).

Many people have had that theory, but it's inconsistent with what SotO tells us, literally the same thing that gave us Way Big's debut. The Omnitrix can self destruct after charging over a period of a few days, let's say 3, with enough power to destroy the entire universe. We don't know how big the unobservable universe is outside of our visible horizon, but what we can see would take 2.825×10^92 j to completely destroy, ignoring the expansion. Mass-energy equivalence for something the size of Way Big, even if he has the density of a freaking Neutron Star, would still only require a competitively miniscule 5.25×10^37 j. Neutron Stars have a density of 10^17 kg/m^3. The Omnitrix transforms Ben into an alien in a literal flash, but it's said to be instantaneous. Regardless, we'll assume for the sake of the calculations here that the rate of transformation happens at the speed of light. At the height of Way Big that I estimated, including the horn, it would only take slightly over 0.3 microseconds for Ben to transform into him. If the Omnitrix can destroy the universe in just 3 days or exactly 72 hours, that would be 4.54×10^85 j per SECOND! Such a ridiculously high number even still. In the time it takes to turn into Way Big, the Omnitrix could produce 1.3685×10^79 j. That's 260.7 million billion trillion trillion times as much energy as we'd need for a Neutron Star density Way Big. Some might also nitpick and ask if Way Bigs level of power later shown in the franchise to be able to destroy planets would be enough to go over this limit or something. But no, the energy needed to destroy Earth, overcoming its gravitational binding energy, is only 2×10^32 which is less than the mass-energy equivalence of a Neutron Star density Way Big calculated earlier. Even if we wanted to use writer statements that could get Way Big up to star levels of power, it's still a negligible drop in the bucket compared to the ocean of power the Omnitrix is said to have. It's an inconsistency. Nothing more.

If writer statements are to be believed, the Omnitrix had a DNA sample of Vilgax's species from Vilgax himself in Season 1 of the original series. But it was locked. It was because of this DNA sample being in the Omnitrix that allowed Vilgax to seemingly communicate with Ben telepathically, also giving him those nightmares. The DNA sample was lost for whatever reason after Season 1 Episode 13 "Secrets" when the Omnitrix started making Ben transform randomly. Again, this is coming from writer statements, so make of it what you will. It is my personal headcanon that Azmuth would have probably replaced the DNA of Vilgax's species (which is called Chinera Sui Generis by the way) with a new sample from Myaxx sometime after Secrets of the Omnitrix. As for turning into an Ultimate of Vilgax's species, the only reason why he couldn't would be because he didn't have that transformation unlocked. Not unlocked doesn't necessarily mean not in the Omnitrix though. In the Ultimate Alien episode Flame Keepers Circle, Ben states he had unlocked 63 aliens up to that point in time. This is out of 1,000,912. If Ben did have a Chimera Sui Generis transformation unlocked during the time of UA, he most certainly could have become an Ultimate form of the species. Though since he only turned into Ultimates of 8 species out of 63, the odds are 12.7% likely that it would have been one of the 8 Ultimates that Ben used.

I did a collab with Kuro from the Ink Tank covering that. The short answer is at least complex multiversal+ with low hyperversal reality warping. Celestialsapiens are responsible for the changes across the Ben 10 multiverse, which is confirmed to have 26+ spatiotemporal dimensions, 17 of which are fully mapped out on the Map of Infinity.
