I have no neck really, so I have always gotten a double chin wearing one......and now that i am in my late 20s......that is sticking around, lol! Unfortunately, I can wear boxy stuff....and I either fill it up.....or it makes me look huge. I used to be your size, maybe even skinner, up until 18 and then bag it was gone. But when I was skinny I didn't have a style and didn't want my new figure to show.....so I wore the baggiest shirts and skirt I could, or baggy vests. But hey! I was busy being a country gal climbing tress and such. I absolutely love that skirt. So hard to find ones like that. But tou are cute in whatever you wear!
