Просмотров 35 тыс.4 года назад
So many boats so little time. We go to the New York City boat show at the Javitz center and try to find a comparable boat to our 2020 SeaPro. We take a look at boats of all sizes. What was your favorite boat that you saw in this video? Is there something we missed or you wanted to see? Let me know in the comments below and i'll try to get it for the next boat show at the Coliseum on Long Island...

We bought a brand new boat and wanted to show our journey through the process as well as doing a boat overview. This is a first video of others to come of what its like owning a boat and living the Long Island Salt. Thanks for watching. Check out Kehl's Family Boating 541 W Montauk Hwy, Lindenhurst, NY 11757 www.kehlsfamilyboating.com/ Royalty free music by Bensound
Kehls Family Boating is the worst Sea Pro dealer , Stay away!
@Long Island Salt How well does the 4Runner tow it? I’m looking at this exact boat (from Kehl’s) and drive a 4Runner as well (2022 TRD Off-road). I will primarily be fishing on the North Shore where it’s pretty hilly to get to the ramp. I also plan to fish it around the island (ideally as far as Montauk). I’m really interested to hear your thoughts. Much appreciated!
Hola soy nuevo aquí vivo en Long Island Copiague quisiera poder ir de pesca aunq sea yo les pago por la ida a pescar
How can I sub to you when you stopped making videos?
Great. You are The Man Phuc !! 🇺🇸☮️
Hey thanks for takin the time to film the show. 👍🏻
How far offshore have you taken it
There asking 97k now with no trailer. This is in jersey. Told guy nevermind on the phone. Same load out as yours.
Hahaha absurd
Is that a public ramp?
How are you liking your sea pro after your second season..? Seriously considering the same boat … Down to sea pro , key west , pioneer, scout.. like to hear your opinion
Dam.. so exciting! Congrats mate.
Is that Carbon Shield casting rod the H or XH?
Awesome! I'm getting mine next week.
Lived on Long Island for 45 years. loved fishing, clamming and being on the water. I moved to Florida to fish year round. I'm putting a deposit on a 219 this week. can't wait to fish and take a ride over to the Bahamas!
Just following up on how your boat is holding up? The Good, bad and ugly. I am interested in this boat line but want 1st hand impressions of current owners. Thanks for your post!
How much?
So after watching your video a suggestion would be to describe things a bit more for your viewers as to where your fishing, maybe how far your off shore and the depth of water your in. And definitely try to show the fish your catching close up before you put them in the box. Love your channel so far. Just a tip or two. Keep up the good work. Tight lines....
What do you use for bait on those rigs?
Both simrads came with the boat?
Hey guys. Looking forward to see how you guys fish up north. I was born on long Island and my cousins live there in Nassau County.(Massapequa Park). I go up and visit when I can .I live in florida now. Might check out the sea pro.. I'm going to look for your boat and check it out.
New sub for you...
Thanks for the tour of the various boats. Much appreciated
@@JazzyJeff139 NP. I wish I would of showed more. But they were not as many as last year.
Nice walk threw guys. I'm looking for a boat again. I just bought a 228 last October but looking to go to a 24/25. Looking forward to checking out your channel. First time here. Tight lines....
Very good job!!!!!! 👍🆒👏
How is the towing with the 4 runner. I'm looking at getting this same boat, was worried about my 4 runner towing it... Love the videos by the way!
There is NOTHING BETTER than fried Porgy !!!
Good looking boat with lots of nice features. I do see lots of unfinished fiberglass on the back side of the console and the bilge, though. I guess to get those areas better finished you have to step up a price-point or two. Congrats on the new boat. How do you like it now a year + later?
Appreciate the video man I’m looking at a 2021! I might be fancy and do the brown interior but I like the two tone too. Sweet boat congrats!
Can u help me site up the gps
how much was the boat
What would be the monthly payment?? Is this something that would be a 20 year loan?
It’s a depreciating boat not a mortgage, 20 year loan?
Awesome boat and great walkthrough! Happy fishing.
Wow I just seen your porgy vid. AM a porgy fanatic also but no boat 🚣♀️ 🚣♀️🎣charter, pier, 😩😩🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️. Need a used one in good condition. Local inshore. But that’s a great one good luck 👍
Do you need tabs on this boat to keep the bow down when running with a full livewell or just using tabs to balance the boat from leaning left/right??? Really appreciate any info as this boat is on my very short list. Thanks, Rob
I would definitely recommend tabs. No issues with a full live well. I mainly use it to level the boat out depending on the load or to adjust the boat when running in rough waters.
Nice boat and great walk thru! Can you let me know the speed numbers wot and cruise speed as well as MPG. How do you like the Suzuki?
Thanks. Its maxed out around 40mph. Cruising around 27-30mph 3.0 gph I think. The Suzuki has been great. No issues and very easy to maintain.
@@LongIslandSalt that seems like low speeds. I have a 219fs keywest and I have a 175 Suzuki and she tops out around 47mph and cruise at 35-40 mph
How fast does it go?
That wiring is a joke.
bro love the video! I'm going this weekend to look at the sea pro 239, but your 219 looks like plenty of room. how is it fishing with 3 people on board?
Thanks I appreciate it. We fish 4 people most of the time and we don’t feel overcrowded. But I would say it depends on what type of fishing your doing. If 3 or 4 guys are casting lures it can feel small on the 219.
VERY NICE BOAT ,,, NOW GOING CATCHING BIG FISH
Any complaints ?
No complaints so far
Nice Purchase Boys! Congrats!!
Did you guys notice the Boat Show Discount on the Sea Pro 25"9...Retail is: $150,550.00! Boat Show Discount is: $127,097.00...!!! UUUUPS
Thank you for the detailed tour!
Do you find that this boat tends to lean to port on plane?
I usually have 2-4 people on my boat so it’s hard to say since the weight is always uneven and I have to use my trim tabs to level it.

Tip I prep my boat the night befor and I put the plug in if I forget to check it at the ramp it’s gonna be in anyway
That’s the garbage from nyc. Those bunkers are the best bait live or chunked I fished raritan bay all me life and that was the bait
Them porgies are good live, live lining for strippers
There’s no such thing as a boat show price
You ever taking it offshore?????
Enjoying the videos Thanks for posting , grew up on those waters but no longer live on the east coast so I bring back great memories watching videos like yours .
How do you like the sea pro 219. I’m probably getting a 2021 219. My buddy has one and loves it and I like it too from my experience on it.
I have the 219 and love it. It handles 3-4 seas no problem. We take it 20 miles offshore and runs great. It is also great for the sandbar or the river with plenty of seating.
