In this video I will take you through why I chose to run this race, training, packing, what I wore, what I packed, course details, key moments, challenges, race stories, race highlights, takeaways, and if I think anyone can run 100 miles!
This was my first time running this course. I would highly recommend it to an athlete doing their first ultramarathon or someone who wants to hit a huge PR!
Best part: I got to run the entire race with my boyfriend, Chase!! I could not have done it without him.

Nice run! You did a LOT of running this year! Congrats you and YOUR BODY make it through uninjured. I ran my 1st 50 miler on the same day to celebrate my 50th birthday....side note my bday is August 30th! Go Virgoes!!!!!

I'd actually be interested in knowing what you ate after the race. That first meal after a really intense exercise always seems to taste the best. But for me it's the hardest decision to decide what I'm going to go for.

It's a shock blanket to prevent your body temperature to drop a lot all of a sudden when you stop running

Do you ever get nervous and do you run the whole time I am in cross country and I freak out before a race
Meal shakes before during and after. Hydration before during and after too. Especially the day before and day after.
She is D so in wave one, the finish time is 3:53:56 on the clock, but it would take about 20 minutes for D to start, so she finished maybe a little bit slower than 330. Very good time, congratulations!

7 maurten gels is wild! I tried them for my last marathon and that consistency made me throw up at 31 kms. 🤢
Never try them during a race in order to take gels during races you should add them to your running routine a week and a half before to allow your body to get used to them
@material_gworl43 I did use them in training and was OK. But on race day they felt horrible. I am going to go back to SIS ones now.

How do you not sweat and not sound tired at all after running a marathon at 8 minute pace something’s not adding up
