Scissor lady is right. 3 in 1s are garbagio; you're better off using bar soap on everyrhing at that point. As a duder, find a good shampoo that won't break the bank, and honestly, you should probably use the same stuff gals use. I realize male hair and female hair are slightly different, but male shampoos are pretty terrible. I keep hearing girls that use that horse mane shampoo because it's so cheap and voluminous, and it gets absurdly good results, so I might throw down next time I need shampoo. If I remember, I'll update. Bodywash is meh. Get a bar of soap, as it's far less chemically adulterated than body wash. Soap is to get grime off, no need to be ultra fancy with something meant to basically be liquid burnishing. Unless you have get lots of hair knots, conditioner is not necessary. If you have long hair, then yes, keep it around. The extra oils in conditioner ruin your natural hair oils (all shampoos do this to some extent, too), so the more you use, the more you will have to keep using. Lastly, face wash/moisturizing/lotion is for people who suck at drinking water and getting fresh air/some amount of sunlight. Seriously, just drink more water. You get dry skin because you are not hydrating enough and/or sweating enough from physical activity, along with getting enough sunlight to produce Vitamin D & naturally UV bad surface level bacteria. If you want to go extra ham, just invest in aloe vera, and consider even getting a couple aloe vera plants. You don't need all those extra chemicals found in moisturizers and lotions, you just need stuff that hydrates, and aloe vera does that like a champ. Eat well. Your body needs nutrients to make strong, healthy hair and pliable skin. You only get one body, so treat your temple as good as possible.
