I suggest that we should build an eternal flame at the front of the monument of Rizal, at the Rizal Park, the third in kind thru out the world , just like her in Perth , Western Australia, I visited lately, and have seen and witness, how the Perth people has valued much the heroic act of more that 1,000 soldiers from Perth who fight during the 1st world war 1914-1918 with the invading Japanese Imperial soldiers and lost their lives, for the awareness of the latest generation of Perth and to the migrants and visitors of Perth. It lights 24 hrs a day and 368 days a year , just like the 1st eternal flames in the grave site of former President of USA Robert Kennedy. And I even suggest it could be replicated in the site of Marawi City, Mindanao Region , urban warfare venue with our more or less 150 Filipino soldiers in May 2015 who died in a heroic act to save the city from the M. terrorist.
