History
FaceLife Sports is a sports platform that originated January 25, 2012 in Johnson City, TN. A group of college students were having a hard time coping with the every day challenges of life, so they set out on a mission to deal with those challenges head on. Being physically fit is how Stephen Allmond chose to face some of those challenges and in the midst, FaceLife Sports was born.

FaceLife Sports a.k.a. SportsLife, serves the youth and young adults student-athletes throughout Memphis, Nashville and the surrounding areas. It aims to promote the overcoming of adversity through strength and conditioning, media exposure and mentorship.

This exercise is fine if doing 12 squats with 20 lbs is causing you to fatigue, but if you're a more experienced lifter you'll need significantly more weight, oftentimes more than what you'll be able to hold up, hence actual squats.

At the time at which the qb threw it, the defender was still right next to the wr, so he had to throw it to his outside shoulder. For some reason the defender falls off and so the placement of the pass feels unnecessary, when in reality it was the best option. I love how people shit on actual athletes while sitting at home

The throw was mid. If it was up the line 2-3 more yards that's a TD.
Coming from a guy who's playing resume is? Nothing about that throw was mid. The receiver caught it in stride. Upload your elite throws.
@@anthonygreen127 lmao. The receiver had to slow down to keep himself between the ball and the defender AND adjust his angle to the sideline. He beat his defender and then had to not only slow down but angle to the sideline. Not that it actually matters because these are all things you can SEE in the video, but I played WR in college.

You didn't see Jack of that, you saw him make a beautiful sideline catch with the ball dropping into his hands. I played QB in college. If I hit you with that and you said my throw was ass, I'd make sure your targets would plummet. With the defender where he was at the time of the throw, where would you have placed it? It only looks off because the DB dropped off
