How to make Japanese cuisine Tonkatsu Set (Tonkatsu + Rice + Miso soup)
Tonkatsu ingredients
• thick lean boneless pork loin chops
• all-purpose flour
• 1 large Egg
• Cooking oil (for deep frying)
• Panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
• Tonkatsu Sauce
Rice
• electric rice cooker
• 2 cups of rice
• 2 1/4 cups of water
Miso soup
• Dashi (Japanese Soup Stock make with kombu kelp and dried bonito flakes)
• Miso (Soybean Paste)
• Tofu
• Green onions/scallions (Add before Serve)
