EASY SOFT CHOCOLATE AND COCONUT FILLED COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
-DRY
.1 cup all purpose flour
.1 cup oats
.1/2 cup whole wheat flour
.pinch of salt
.1 teaspoon baking soda
.1/2cup brown sugar
.5 tablespoons white sugar
.cocoa powder 1 or 11/2 tablespoons
-WET
.1 egg
.1 banana
.1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
.80grams butter (softened at room temperature)
-FILLING
.Nutella /chocolate chips
.Coconut mixture
****dough should not be wet/soft it should be pliable
***refrigerate dough for at least 30 min before shaping
*** switch on both the top and bottom oven rack and bake at 375degree .f for 10 to 15 min keep checking remove just before its done and allow it to cool on rack before serving…
