From weather forecast, we shortlisted 2-3 dates of heavy snowfall, and result is in front of you, make sure you visit in mid feb for confirmed snowfall

See we went to Sandakphu last year during oct- at that time it charged us 400 inr per bed per person without food, food amount will be charged separately

For sandakphu Phalut- your budget should not cross 15k (excluding flight/train fare to reach Bagdogra or Jalpaiguri) , you need to opt for sharing landrover ride from Maneybhangyang..
