Simply the best RUclips videos out there.
The Battle of Bastogne
This video is not 100% historically accurate. It is a loose creative interpretation of a small slice of the second World War. It is based on a combination of several true stories and multiple real people.

A short compilation of some of my favorite drone shots from my last trip to Kauai, Hawaii. Filming locations are mostly in the area along the southern shore and near Waimea canyon.

A detailed look on how to use a film camera (Canon Ftb)
😂😂😂😂
Thank you so much, sir, It's very interesting, makes me nostalgic because this was the first Canon I purchased! Almost like the famous Canon F1! 💯👍👌
Wonderfully created! Did u hire a person to record or are you apart of a team?
Heyyy very nice. That was amazing!
Glad you liked it!
Warms my heart!!!! Beautiful ❤❤❤
Wonderfully created
😮😮😮😮
Great video!
This is the best video on shutter speed I’ve ever seen. Well done!
Thank you! It means a lot!
Probably add in your camera's type in the description box or in the video! Or a separate "What's in My Bag" video!
Yayyyyyyyyyy!!!!!
This is sick!!
I love to hear testimonies of Christ!
One thing to watch out for with this camera and other older SLRs with built in light meters is that the light meter will not expose properly if set at the film ISO (ASA). This is because at the time this camera was initially produced it used a different kind of batter containing mercury which is very illegal in most countries. Newer batteries that fit will have a higher voltage. I find that my model underexposes by almost exactly two stops but you'd best check with a light meter.
That’s an excellent observation! I’ve noticed the same thing in mine.

This was beautiful Jensen! So well done!
LOVED IT!! So wonderful to hear so many touching testimonies!
Best Religion 250 final project video I’ve ever seen!
The on/off switch is for the built-in light meter I believe. It's not the camera's on/off switch since it can function as a fully manual and mechanical camera.
That is correct!
Remember these old camera causes mirror vibration so use mirror lock up mech
thank you, this was really helpful!
This was incredibly helpful and practical. Thank you so much for this!!! :)
I just recently got this camera from a thrift store but the shutter seems stuck like it doesn’t move. Is it because the battery is dead or?
The shutter is mechanical so it wouldn’t have to do with a dead battery. Sometimes old lubricant can get dirty and cause things to stick. I would suggest a careful cleaning and possibly lubricating (if you know what you’re doing when it comes to that). If it is still stuck, your local film camera/ developing shop will likely be able to help more.
@@__Jensen_Walker__ what battery does this camera take again? And your go to films to use with this specific camera?
PX625A is the name of the button cell battery that is used in the Ftb. The battery is only used to power the light meter in the camera. In other words, the camera will function completely fine without a battery. You would just have to use an external meter or there are apps like “myLightMeter” on iOS that work great. As for films, I really like the look of Kodak Gold 200. It is generally inexpensive and often gives me nice warm colors.
@@__Jensen_Walker__ thank you so much really appreciate your help!
I'm about to fix my FT without b :) ruclips.net/video/VUswiBfWvck/видео.html
great video. thanks so much!
What you have here is an FTBn QL, the best and last of the FT line. By the way, in the condition your camera is it’s a collector grade unit. Be careful with it.
Art Tafil of course! I’m always careful with my gear! It really is a nice camera.
I have the same one (in silver) and I love it :3 Its in perfect condition as well, everything works on it. Doubt it will go up in value but I dont care, I buy things to use them and enjoy them.
Love those old mechanical 35mm film SLR's: photography distilled to it's essence: amount of light reaching the film (lens aperture), duration of exposure (shutter speed), and sensitivity of the medium to light (the ASA/ISO rating of the film). And the plus of if the battery dies, you still have an operating camera (except no light meter), in which case you can fall back on the 'sunny 16 rule' or a separate light meter. Nice camera.
If only RUclips existed when I bought my first SLR in 1992. It was a well used FTbQL. But then I was forced to learn the very hard way, and that helped me to quickly sharpen my skills, as I could not afford to waste film.
I thought the Canon FTb QL is a manual camera and the battery is for the light meter only. So the ON / OFF switch is for the light meter only. Using the ON / OFF switch for this camera doesn’t turn the camera on or off. Is that correct?
You are Right
Yes! That is correct.
Great review very detailed
Really great video, you are awesome at explainig
Thank you very much, really appreciate this video
Great review thank you appreciate it👊
i see you have a lab... you should make a video showing how to print photos from 35mm film ! ;)
François Poncet I would love to! Hopefully sometime in the near future. I just returned to the states after living in the Caribbean for a couple years so I might be moving locations. We’ll see! Thank you for your interest.
