I just got a 2002 yz 80 for $350. It runs but is dirty as shit. How did you clean everything that was in the tub in your first video? Did you soak everything g in a parts washer?

The plating on the exhaust bridge is chipped you need to have that cylinder re plated

you didn't have to split the cases to get that out lol just take the clutches off and you can take the pushrods and ball out from there then the actuator will pull up

I cringe whenever seeing those niche cylinder kits used. I would send to get oem replated

And the only other comment would be i wouldn't of painted the would hub and spokes.

Next time for the pipe you can get it sand blasted and then get a needle torch and run the welds. But before you blast it try to get all the old oil out of the pipe. Once you torch after blasting the old oil will get you.
