The building itself is beautiful. It needs updating a lot, kitchen and bathrooms, all very dated. Decent furniture would also help. Definitely has a lot of potential.

While I'd like to see everybody living in a lovely home, having such a gorgeous plot as this is something now so rare in the suburbs that it would be a very hard decision to build anything there, no matter how much financial gain from doing so! A lovely home!
