Welcome to itsoktoplaywithfood !
The decision to share my recipes was prompted by a few things, one of them is the question I get in the grocery store “What do you do with it?” . Another phrase is “I’m out of ideas for dinner”.
The recipes are European (predominantly Romanian and Hungarian). Some are my own. Some tips, that makes things a bit easier, I discovered over the years.
Play with food! Add or skip ingredients, tailor it to your own taste , have fun and enjoy!

Nice recipe! I think you may have meant 2 teaspoons of baking powder and 6 tablespoons of oil. The standard abbreviation for a teaspoon is tsp and the standard abbreviation for a tablespoon is Tbsp. Thanks for lovely recipe
