Cleared about an acre of Tennessee woods!
Took the Bobcat T62 and Vail HD cutter out to a client’s property in middle TN to clear 38,000sq ft of raw wooded overgrown land. Everything under 8” diameter (with selected trees remaining) was cleared on this project.

Backyard reclamation project. Clear it, grade it, sew it!

This overgrown property needed some attention. The vail severe duty cutter took care of the vegetation, then I cut and graded the area, and used the Harley rake to condition the area in preparation for seed and straw. #landmanagement #bluecollar #fyp #asmr #skidsteer #landscape #excavation

I brought in the big guns (my 3yr old son) in on this one. We cut and graded for a culvert pipe installation. Backfilled, compacted, and spread asphalt millings for a new improved driveway entrance. I charge by the project. Each job typically has a different scope, so it’s the fairest method for myself and clients.

One bucket and poof a driveway
It’s THAT simple haha.
Work for cat the only complaint I have about that mulching work tool is the belt for the motor if it isn’t tensioned correctly ( to tight and it burns up and rips and usually the operator doesn’t know and keeps going for some reason) or it gets to loose and pops off and gets shredded and the belts aren’t cheap. So just make sure you check them at least before you do a job and or weekly . Great work tool otherwise
