We sold the Let Go backdrop as a merch item. This one is iconic so we figured we'd use it for the stream.

I love KMFDM but this is legit embarrassing. I can't believe they're touring on this shit. Yeah, you get old and whatnot, but come on, En Esch is sober, so is RM, all those cats need to get together for one last tour, play the real KMFDM, not this backing track play-along bullshit to a bunch of bored twats who are so uninvolved that they won't even do a bunch of fireball and thrash because they already know you suck.
I don't know for how long now... I feel it's gotta be a fairly new development.... but Kaptn' K isn't smoking throughout the entire show lol That's actually kinda a beautiful thing in a way. I know between having a daughter and his ever burning desire to keep performing live music as a integral part of his life probably made it the next logical conclusion I'm just so used to it, it was an actually shocking realization :)
Venues don't tolerate smoking on stage anymore for the most part.
The first show i got to see kmfdm back in 2015 he was smoking. Last year and this year nope. It is good he isnt on stage.
Why is the crowd not moshing or moving? Is this a new rule?
Because everyone is now old
Because it's Seattle and this was rowdy for them.
I was there, people only started moshing to Godlike, and then a bit to Paradise.
