About me
I am 54, use size 36/38 , in shoes i use number 39. I live in Denmark. I love staying fit, i exercise about 4 to 5 times a week, I am a beauty and fashion lover, and i believe in ageing with grace. I am also much in to all the universe stuff, meditation and learning new things, that keeps me on track. Also a very important thing for me is humor, i have humor in my life every day, i love it. Also a big interest of mine is MUSIC, i can live without, music meens the world to me.

Hi Charlotte, I’m sorry to hear about your diagnosis, however you are proactive and getting on to a great plan already. Just a thought, have you considered HRT? Oestrogen does help protect the bones, I have been on it since my early fifties snd the research is excellent. Maybe something to look in to? Sending love and hugs ❤️🌻❤️

Hi Charlotte, it’s very common for women to have osteoporosis, my daughter who is 52 was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis, she has to take strong meds for two years, changed her diet and going to the gym. I remember as a child she wouldn’t drink her milk… I eat cheese but started to have oat milk more in my diet or lactose free 2% milk. Take care of yourself, these products seem promising. Hi beautiful. First of all congrats on your birthday🎂 You are looking absolute fab, thought you where much Younger❤. Yes many women have Ostepena and some get the Osteporose. The one thing that i will point out, is that so many are walking around with the conditions, without knowing, and its first when you have a broke bone its servere. So therefore i recommend women over 50 will get a dexa scan and start taking there calcium and D vitamin and exersize with weights. Have a beautiful day❤

Hi. Did you take pictures before starting?. Often we cant see it ourselves, but suddenly starting to get compliments from others maybe. I am in to three weeks now, and yesterday i could see a difference in, that my eyes are more open, my lips is more voluminess and my skin is more fine. I use more and more a combination of the lift, electric zone and sometimes founders favorite.
