Pedersen: "Blackburn will always be the club closest to my heart"

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of a cult hero signing for the club, Morten Gamst Pedersen was back in town for our Blackpool match to mark the occasion!
The Norwegian spent nine years at Ewood Park, making 349 appearances, scoring 47 goals, and helped establish Rovers as a force in the Premier League with multiple top half finishes which led to European qualification.
We caught up with Morten to reflect on signing for the club, his best goals, what Rovers means to him, and the importance of the club to the local community.
