    Noam: Great video. One thing that adds a human touch is to talk early on in a mediation about how emotions play a part in a negotiation and how we are all, including the mediator, affected by it and how we can deal with it in the negotiation. It is a effective path to connect with others since participants can relate to the emotional roller coaster the dispute has already created.

      @@zenazumeta8822 I always advise avoiding using the pre-assigning feature. Best to take a minute, or a 10 minute break if it is very complex, and do it on the spot.
