When I started mountain biking, I was excited to be in a fun inclusive community… I got made fun of by grown men because I was slower than they were on the trails and was “in their way”, also because I wasn’t riding a $5k Santa Cruz or Yeti.
If you want to ride with more advanced people and your skills are so good, ride more advanced trails…..
It must have been frustrating to follow a rookie…
