How to Cook Chicken Adobo with Potatoes
Learn how to cook our version of Chicken Adobo with Potatoes! Easy, classic, and delicious!

Our Recipe:
3 lbs chicken thighs (or other cuts as preferred)
4-6 large golden potato, cut into 1-2 inch pieces
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
6-10 pieces garlic, crushed and chopped
1 medium onion chopped
3/4 cup Soy Sauce
3/4 cup white vinegar
4-5 pieces bay leaf
1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
2 cups rice wash or water
For the marinade:
1 whole bulb garlic, crushed and chopped
1/2 cup soy sauce
Combine ingredients for marinade, and mix with chicken in a bowl or plastic bag. Marinate for at least 2 hrs in the refrigerator.
