Thank you for uploading!! I grew up in Seattle and was a massive Storm fan during Bird’s early years there. Had season tickets in 2004 - the championship year!! I visited the UConn campus yesterday. They had Bird stuff in the sports museum and it brought back so much nostalgia even tho I only knew her from Seattle. This brings even more nostalgia!! 💙💙

I remember this season so vividly. I went to some home games in CT and even traveled down to Richmond at VCU to watch the east regionals. such good memories. I remember all the husky fans who descended on Richmond. I was so proud to be wearing my husky gear. :) I can't believe it's been almost 20 years.

IMO The 2000 team was the deepest of all of UConn's championship teams. Not necessarily the best team, but the deepest.

These commentators are idiots. Becky Hammon stands listening to the Russian National Anthem and saluteing the Russian flag and they say she is proud to be an american. I think in life you have to make some hard decisions/sacrifices being paid to play is one thing but standing under another countries flag so that you can play in the olympics is another. What happens if we go to war with Russia does Ms Hammon all of a sudden become an american or a double agent and I am serious!
