fuel gauge fuse location please

My 2007 cruse control and radio volume controls on steering wheel does not work. Is there a fuse for this or is there another issue on how to fix it

I did my 21'. Job was SO EASY until i got to the rear. Threads were bad on both rear holes on both sides. Typical luck for me. Drill and retap should fix it

Where is the fuse for the gas gauge

Do the side under the battery. A nightmare. I had to use channel locks to get the plastic collars to break loose. Glad it was easy for you but not in my case. If a bulb goes out again I am going to sell the truck.

Great video, I have the same fuse box on my 18 Passat GT how can I get a list of what each fuse does??? I’m trying to swap my dsg with a manual transmission and I know the Passat GT has a fuse for it but I need to know which one can you give me a link for the fuse pinout??

Thanks for the video. I also followed the instructions in the manual book and did the same as you but the light still remains on the dash board. Any idea would be appreciated. Additionally, sometimes the check engine turns on following with VSC ( Vehicle Stabilization Control). I tightened the fuel tank cap but doesn’t work. Sometimes later these lights disappears. Tire pressure still on.

Hey Dimas, thank you for your content. I have a 2009 V6 SRX I’ve had since new. Three days ago I hit a huge bump in the road and my dash flashed “Battery Saver Mode” “Power steering (something). But the A/C, radio and power steering went off. I pulled into a gas station and turned her off. Then she wouldn’t start. I got a jumpstart- and it died after 90 seconds or so. The Battery Saver Mode was still showing. He jumped me off again and I kept the motor revved, and hauled it to AutoZone… the entire drive was 1.5 miles. I bought a new battery and read somewhere to unhook the negative terminal first, then positive and leave it unhooked for 15 minutes. So I did that, then installed the new battery ($214) - Started the car and the battery saver mode was still on, but I drove about 30 minutes to get home without shutting the car off. The next day, I drove a mile to Publix, came back out and dead. Luckily there was an autozone in the parking lot so they swapped out the day old battery. He was going to hook his code reader to it, and within 5 minutes, before he could, it drained THAT battery, so he put another new battery in it and I drove home. The battery was at 7 V when I got home, like 1 mile away. I put it on a charger- it goes right up to 14.6. When I hook the battery up it has 14.6. If I connect the negative terminal it stays there. The second I connect the positive, it begins draining the battery- like down to 2 -3 V b4 I can even get to the key to turn the car on. I know this is long, and I apologize, but this car has been so reliable, I always do maintenance, and I am not very mechanical, but I figured if anyone knew what might be causing this, it would be you. I followed your videos, and swapped out fuses and modules, (if the big square ones GM353x, etc) are modules. Is there anything else you would recommend, besides taking it to a mechanic- which I imagine will be cost prohibitive because it’s an “electrical issue.” Respectfully, @1lehchad

Question it’s that sensor it’s broken it’s posible that the transmission couldn’t not change from 3 to 4 ?

How do u change the wiring harness I’m struggling it doesn’t look like it comes out but I know it does cause when I was looking for a new one it litterally shows where it plugs in it just won’t

Thank you. Consider getting a tripod for your camera. Handheld bouncing around filming is not the best for viewing.

Instead of putting towels where oil filter is make a small hole on top of empty water bottle cap and put on the small nipple under the housing. Then spray brake fluid and clean it all up. Don’t forget bottle!! Haha

what is the lever above the fuse box. i mess with it and now the car wont start. the ignition makes a noise when the lever is up
