There is way too much moisture in it. Look at all the liquid in the bottom. (The egg moisture is much thicker than all.that potato juice.) Potatoes should have been dried. Are you sure you are a chef? Lol In addition, the peppers will sweat while cooking, adding even more moisture. Garlic should have only cooked 30 seconds then add tomoato.😂
