Still never understood why Hollywood thinks you can just will cars to go faster. Like in a neck and neck with no obstacles to make you slow down and the drivers trade speeding up relative to each other??? Like you're just "driving harder" or something??? Or someone catches up to you, meaning they're going faster, and then proceed to stop accelerating and turn it into a neck and neck, instead of, you know, using that faster speed to pass you. Or how about the Sesto pit maneuvering the P1, which would kill a lot of speed, then hitting an embankment, which would kill a lot of speed and totally not decommission a delicate dedicated track car, and somehow catch up to Agera in seconds??? Did the Agera just chill for a minute and wait for him to catch up? I don't understand... I know it's just a movie and they need their drama but it's hard for me to enjoy the movie with a near constant barrage of illogical occurrences

Things I like about this movie over the fast and furious franchise: 1. Cops actually seem somewhat competent at taking down street racers. 2. Cars don't magically accelerate by upshifting. 3. Unlike fast and furious, where drivers seem to be able to press the gas pedal deeper and deeper without limit. The drivers in this movie press the pedal to the metal from beginning to end. 4. Drivers don't drift needlessly unless it's to avoid collision. 5. They make use of techniques like slipstreaming to overtake, and not some secret booster rocket like NOS. 6. The focus during the races seem to be moreso about the cars and the racing in general, instead of absurd facial expressions from actors. 7. It actually feels like the race has stakes. Dominic Torretto and O'Connor were always protected by plot armor. After the first fast and furious movie, there was no longer any tension during the racing.

The only disappointing thing about this movie is not having the final race be done with the iconic BMW GTR from the Need for Speed games.

5:59 I like how this helicopter pilot is blaming the racers for the crash when the cops were the ones who put themselves in harms way and caused a substantial crash by getting in the way of hypercars moving at 150+ miles an hour.....what did they think would happen? You don't get in the way of a car that is substantially faster then you and expect good things to happen.

How in the world can this be considered “realistic “ when the guy in the Sesto Elemento DOWNSHIFTED while trying to catch the Veyron (minute 4:16)… seriously, do they even know how to drive? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 (right for up shift, left for down shift) Oh lord!

There is something about the keonigsegg that’s just uncanny valley, most of the driving scenes they use kit cars not the real deal, they said it in the making, and I dunno they seem to have somehow missed the exact styling from a normal agera, it’s the stance or the missing front splitter, just can’t put my finger on it
