My barracks have the same exact key and lock. Sometimes I forget my key in the room and have no way to get back in. Is there a way I can get in without using the key card?
How are you making th initialisation card and programming card please? And do these cards work on all setups or do you have to make them for each installation?
Just go in like you were programming a staff or resident key and select Initialization or programming key from the drop down menu. I would also make a battery test key. These keys should work on all locks within the property. The initialization process is what "marries" the lock to the property, which is why you need to perform the hard reset when working with a lock previously used at another property.

Andy, If you program a key for a specific lock and then it doesn’t work, look for a time mismatch. First check and validate the programmed time and date on the lock is correct. Then read the key, especially right after programming. I once had a situation where the locks were all programmed and the time set during “daylight savings time.” Later when programming a key during “standard” time, they wouldn’t open the lock for the first hour after programming. Drove me crazy for a while...

You don't have to do anything with the deadbolt or physical key to program these locks just make sure you get a green light when you put the batteries in and start from there. If the deadbolt is not straight up it will give you a red light.
It it was programmed from a different FDU, you need to perform the above. Otherwise, if using the same FDU, you need to perform the Electronic Override after getting the green light after inserting the batteries.
Bad main board or battery tray. Order both and try new battery case 1st. If still no, then replace main board. Might as well replace sensor pack, too .

If i dont have a key plug installed on the lock (electronic only) how do I get it in to programming mode?
You can use needle nose plyers and turn the cross so that the indentations are north/south.

I have an "ACC DEV -PRIVACY" when I audit a look (790) that I can unlock with any card ... Can you help me ?
How or why after all these steps the lock cannot establish a link to program the lock but will still open with a master key. Machine says no link.

The sensor pack LEDs are out Replace the sensor pack. Hope ur good at taking these locks apart and reassembling!
