True. If you're a new player and didn't have much decent builds on your characters, it's hard to fight this boss but later on, when you're at the higher level and have some decent builds, Tartaglia is just an easy boss to fight then. For me, as an old genshin player, the ones that's hard to fight right now it's either that freaking whale or Arlecchino boss.
