I’ve been using the same thing in my campaign, love the ability to flank around and set them up somewhere on hold fire, letting them spot out advancing armor/infantry for me and my artillery pieces

tbf martins not a medic hence the warning about the medkit being 50% less effective (it was in red but i get it we all miss things first time through)

the eye comment is not always true for some games this only applies to full cover but not halfcover meaning you can be detected in half cover depending on the side the enemy is on

Whoa, 2 and a half hours of Puggo, nice! Yeah, they opened this mission the same way in CoH1 with the MG-42 inside the Cafe De Normandie, straight out of Band of Brothers. And I remember the mortars being absolutely brutal in this mission.

i had the same issue with the mortars LMAO and I also got pinned on that building in the right corner hehehehehehe and at the start i took one man crawling behind the cover and killed them one after the other, one at a time until they didnt have anyone one the left side

I have recently fallen in love with bringing in the Panzer 1 F, sticking it infront of everything else (AT guns in defense or other armor on offense) and just let it soak up fire so nothing pops your squishy units before they have time to respond. It's brilliant.
