Unforeseen COINCIDENCE leads to President's Assassination!
Let me know if you knew which President the story was about, before it is revealed at the end. In the late 19th century, two men experienced separate, but very similar, events. Unknowingly, those events led each one of them to be in the same place, at the same time, and caused a U.S. President's death. This video is set up as a mystery that you may be able to solve before the story is fully revealed at the end. A tragic, informative, and interesting history documentary.

The Story of Jimmy Piersall - From Mental Institution... to All-Star
Просмотров 9788 месяцев назад
Jimmy Piersall was a pro baseball player who battled mental health issues publicly, bringing its symptoms and treatment "out of the shadows." He was one of the first, with some level of fame, to do so. His story of perseverance is much more than just a bio of a ballplayer. His mother was often absent. His father had a temper. He signed with the Boston Red Sox at 18 years old and, shortly after,...

The Story of Frank Lenz - Globetrotting Cyclist Mysteriously Goes Missing
Просмотров 6912 года назад

This was great. Thank-you. I teach The Memoirs of Elleanor Eldridge in one of my 300-level university classes in Canada. I really like how respectful you are. I will share this as supplementary material for the students.

This is why I can’t founding fathers.
She broke the law by running away, she was under her masters contract.
Owning Slaves …disgusting, good Christian ppl owning slaves, outrageous.
Keep the history coming please
Thank you for presenting that! I have never heard of Ona! I love her spirit. She was probably related to Martha’s husbands family. Why was a picture of Sally Hemmings shone? Didnt one of Marthaa decendants father a child with an enslaved woman?
Thanks for sharing this story. I’ve never heard of Ona Judge.
A very white percpective.
Emancipated formerly enslaved she disrupted the infrastructure of servitude by walking off from Deschler Morris White House in Germantown Borough Pa. She was the maid servant for Martha Washington and was going to be a wedding gift
A man wants to be a slave even less than he wants to be incarcerated. The act of human trafficking is a crime in itself and thereby in no way is able to be justified regardless of any law created and especially in the home countries of the settlers and colonists which would explain why literacy was illegal for slaves; knowledge of the settlers' and colonists homeland laws would convey as much.
Her father is Andrew judge enslave African American man worked at mount Vernon

commendable video, though
George Washington and the rest of those American presidents were special in their lack of humanity, from beginning to today. A million human lives was not enough to stem the privilege of power.
Brutes
150 years of Western media has diligently tried to sanitize the true nature of Trans-Atlantic Slavery: There were daily floggings and torture; regular lynching and executions for disobedience ; use of violent-breed dogs as guards and as ring fighters vs. Black men; extreme hardwork till paralysis; use of prison-cell plus starvation as punishment; intentional amputation of limbs and defacing of disobedient slaves; daily rape of girls and women, sometimes as young as infants; breeding farms built on forced sex. Mixed race slaves were bred for more money. Black women were forced to have many children when they themselves were children - right from their first sign of puberty. The average woman would have between 10 to 20 children. Many died in childbirth. There was constant separation of Black children from their families; prohibition of any form of education or reading for slaves; limiting slaves to a diet of the worst, left-over agricultural produce; use of slaves for entertainment (including the parading of deformed slaves as exhibits at community fairs); abuse of slave corpses; use of Black people for false science experiments; child labour (sometimes from as early as 4 years old); and listing of the value of humans (slaves) at the stock exchanges in USA and Europe. The average life expectancy of Black slaves was 32. Black women learned self-induced abortion. Black men were humiliated in front of their wives and women, as wives were gang-raped in from of their husbands, just to let the men know that they were nothing. In all wars that occurred during that era, slaves were used as disposable canon-fodder in the most risky areas of the wars, and after each war, they returned to their status as slaves; and sometimes as Uncle Toms used to snitch on their fellow Black people. White people did little to no real work, other than supervising and punishing slaves or buying supplies and keeping financial records. White females just dressed up waiting to be married into their place in the kitchen. WHITES DID NO WORK; and the entire USA GDP before the industrial revolution - which did not take root in the USA till about 1850 - was derived from the value of slaves and land. As these historical atrocities happened, good White people looked the other way. A majority of White people enjoyed the spectacle for over nearly 3 centuries. This dark history remains the source of White superiority complex, from which many White people today draw a sense of privilege - the same people who claim to be civilized and Christian. A perfect metaphor is that of the Cape Coast Castle in Ghana, where a church lies above the gateway to the male slave dungeon.

Again this is Men that has caused so much suffering in the world 🌎 as you see now.
Why did the white colonies even bother the Native Indigenous people in the first place. They should’ve just leave them to be on there land not bothering no one.
Loved this! Thank you!
Ive always wanted to hear this mans story, and you've surpassed my expectations. Great job. I cant stand short videos, and the effort and time you've put into this is greatly appreciated. Like others, l have a deep curiosity to all things North Korean, and have read pretty much every book available on the country. I recommend aquariums of Pyongyang
Oh No, not another one of "these"
She died. Thessalonians 4:16-17 King James Version 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Today she is hiding in THE ROCK, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST! 1 Corinthians 10:1-5
❤your embroidery ♥️ What size needle? Does the ink wash off?
Another example of American history not taught in schools. Thank you so much for sharing it. I hope that this is seen by many teachers who can then share this story to their students.
Thank you for honoring her life by telling her story. .
This is a great story but the verbiage used in it definitely paints a picture of servitude rather than slavery
I highly appreciate this painstakingly researched & detailed content about Ona Judge. What never fails to impress me is the efficient network among free born, formerly enslaved free Blacks & enslaved (runaway) Blacks during a time when white people were eager to control & monitor every move(ment) of other than white classified people - which also applies to white abolitionists. Those networks seem to have been much more efficient than today. We are now “entertained” with questionable diversity in films/series such as “Bridgerton” but still the lives of truly heroic characters like Ona Judge, Richard Allen, Olaudah Aquiano, etc. are still no inspiration for high-end film & tv productions. What a shame
Thank you for sharing the story of Ona Judge, such a beautiful and brave woman. I will try to find a book about her life. R.I.P. dear Ona💙🙏💙
Its so convenient for the law to state that slavery passed to children on the maternal side. It insured 9 put of 10 babies of black people were born into slavery. So sick
Thanks for sharing 🙏❤️
I was born in Philadelphia, I even had a sailor boyfriend, when I was 18, but have never seen the dock's, which I wish I had seen. He did invite me to an Army/Navy game, however. 😂
She took control of her own destiny.

Trump want's "every state" to be New York. Immigrate, immigrate, immigrate. 😢
Funny thing, the British still think their superior to everyone.
George Washington? 200 slave's?
Can you have a revolution if your not a country?
The Washington's are British. The British also colonized Canada and had many slave's.The British and The North, New York etc., were complit in the transatlantic slave trade.
No one has been a slave in 300 year's. If you like this video there is a book on this same subject.
What are you even talking about
Who did she bequeath her property to?
Ellen left all of her property to her surviving nieces and nephews. They sold her house and land in 1863.
Went to Mt Vernon.... The.slave quarters had no windows and dirt floors
