The green belt comment is always a cracking one 😂 Your right about the pond, it's staying and the lower level is being landscaped to have some trees, windy path and wild play features. So not so much a park but some stuff for kids to climb and walk on I assume. I would hope they updated/invested in improving the little park to the left of the video on the edge of the houses pointed out towards the end. But don't think they will.
