Busy with our Tajima TMEZ single head running a couple of large backs for Enigma Rooms along with other items to complete their workwear order. This design is huge, with almost 50,000 stitches and a run time of over an hour each. Dimensions of stitch-out: Height 253mm Width 300mm Top thread used was 348.39 mtrs Bobbin thread used was 147.67 mtrs Run using Madeira threads.

Here I am applying a 2 colour, heat transfer vinyl design to a hi-viz vest. This is really easy to do. Step 1: Cut your vinyl design, remembering to mirror it. Step 2: Place the design on the garment where you want it. Step 3: Press the garment. My setting for this particular job are 144 C for 13 seconds

Here is a short video of me trimming a print and fitting it into a 200cm x 80cm roller banner cassette. The media is Metamark layflat. The cassette is a Very Display budget type. Both are great.
