Fighting groupers - Diving Bunaken Indonesia 2024
This short video was taken in Bunaken on June 2024. I have never seen before this behaviour in my long diving carreer. Even the local dive guide wasn't sure about what we have witnessed...: was it a fight for territory? Or a an aggressive courting for mating season? Just playing? Hope some marine biologist can watch it and answer me.

Afternoon excursion from Hua Hin. Taxi 1200 baht return incl. waiting time. Entrance fee 200 Baht per person (50 for thai). Pick-up 850 baht for 3 hours (the park opens 2:30 pm till 6 pm). Yes an old Silver 4 with backscatter macro lens, you can find details in backscatter website. Watch out that the narrow mode which is a must for macro diving isn't on models like 7 black, it has been reintroduced probably with the 10
No tripod, no stabilizer, just a steady hand :) Settings HD 1080p 16:9 no correction if you use lights (I did)
Is shore fishing allowed somewhere in this area, when I don't go on the reefs?

Thanks. Qantas (founded 1920) is the oldest “continuously operating” airline in the world as specified in the video. They flew during World War II whereas KLM suspended service.

How much cost for all miniature?
The airport with lights, buildings, floor mat, gates, trees etc was about 400 to 500 euro. Vehicles about 200 euro.
