Yea I used to look up to these streamers and when I bought a pc and started going against them I started to notice a pattern of excuses and accusations to not accept that they lost,like it’s fine……it’s not that deep.For them is like the end of the world if they lose it’s pretty embarrassing to see.

I kinda feel that these streamers (aside from Frostbolt and most likely some others) need to let off steam sometimes, at the cost of the players that are actually good. Somebody plays really good and are better than them, then they must be cheating. I remember that I ventilated an opinion about something which wasn't even about cheathing, and GernaderJake just lashed out to me for really nothing. Something I noticed he is doing a lot. Maybe it's because he is in the heat of the moment? Anyways, it's a reason that I stopped watching him and in general streamers should watch their attitude. And why laugh at the amount of subs? What silly behaviour is that? He should not react that childish..

I’m like a .4 at trials and one weekend when I was playing really well I had a match against germaderjake. We lost 4-5 and when I dropped in to say gg it was cool matching you he instantly said “this guys not playing on his account” accusing me of recovs when I was really just having an amazing weekend. These guys spread a lot of bad vibes that have a big impact which is unfortunate

I find the way people like Kujay and Jake react to being outplayed fascinating as hell. Instead of doing what your average player might do that is rage, they are in front of a camera and glass ego is on full display for everyone to see. So instead of embarrassing themselves in front of their own community and raging, letting out their emotions, their coping mechanism is to just be delusional and come up with ways they can paint the better player as illegitimate. This delusion is validated by their echo chamber chat. So it seems to the naive viewer like these people are almost incapable of getting upset. That stuff is so unhealthy and is why streamers like these 2 just come across as complete narcissists who assume that any criticism or outside messaging can't be reasonable, it can only be someone coming to troll them.

Dude I totally agree with you about the Destiny 2 community being extremely toxic. I stopped playing Destiny 2 cause of how toxic I saw the community being. I’ve played Destiny since the beta and played Destiny 1 everyday. I was more into raiding over PvP or Trails but I did play PvP and would do Iron Banner all the time but I never dealt with toxic people in Destiny 1. People were always down to raid and have fun. I would teach people how to do the raids and help groups on lfg all the time and had a great time but in Destiny 2 the community changed so much and lfg site completely changed. It was no longer about having fun raiding while completing it. Hell when someone get pushed off a ledge or failed in some weird or funny way we’d all laugh and make jokes but in Destiny 2 I saw people threatening to kick people for that same funny shit and eventually I saw that on lfg site you couldn’t find groups anymore unless you had 4-6 completions and emblems and this and that. Don’t get me wrong Destiny 1 had its moments where people did that with Ghorn and stuff but it wasn’t the majority of the community the it seems like it is now. People have become so entitled and it’s just sucked the fun out of raiding for me. I still played for a while solo doing dungeons and everything else but it got to me that what I love I could do and I looked for hours to find a group to raid and knew what I was doing. Eventually I decided to play something else and I just never went back to Destiny. Maybe if a 3rd game came out I’d come back and play again but I don’t know. I love this game. It was suck a blast and made it even better to be see how happy people got beating the raid finally that they had trouble with or getting an exotic or weapon. They really wanted finally yelling and jumping up and down. It always put a smile on my face. D2s community has just become a different beast as the game has gone on and not for the better either.

That dudes def got an annoying side that most ppl find annoying. Not to dismiss his actions, since he's cringe, but the symptom of false accusations is at a high, notably due to the widespread cheating that does in fact go on in the game. From hard cheats, closet walls/aimbot, to xim/chronus inflating player skill for ppl who think the games too hard as is. If you play someone you don't know, who perform very well, with accuracy stats outside the normal player range (70% on an smg is extremely high compared to average), its hard to distinguish from a genuinely good player, and someone who's cheating and playing at that level. It also 1000% happens more to high sense controller players, since its the most closely resembling to what a xim would look like. If you ever think theres a chance someones cheating, and their stats indicate the possibility, you should report it, and let the system do its thing and figure it out. Sometimes you'll log in and get a thank you message, othertimes not. His actions wern't an issue, his attitude is

I counted all the shots you took in the first minute and a half of the video. Your headshot accuracy was 31%. The fact that you want people to believe you're 44% more accurate with a 750 rpm smg than with a 140 rpm handcannon is beyond me. Also, 98% accuracy with a sniper is genuinely unhuman.
