I don't drink Old Fashioneds much any more (I prefer a Whiskey Sour or in summer time, a Mint Julep), but I'll have to give this one a try for Coco. Rye is fantastic. It's finally fairly available again in the US after Prohibition of the 1920s nearly rendered it extinct. What, if anything, would you have done differently with fresh peaches?

I actually made a mistake 🤦‍♂that sparkling water wasn't unsweetened; it had a zero calorie sweetener in it, so the end result was extremely sweet (well it didn't taste bad haha) If you guys follow the recipe and use a non sweetened sparkling water, the cocktail will likely taste a bit more balanced.

So if you've noticed that I was kind of out of breath towards the second half of the video, the reason is that my phone died in the middle of recording so I had to wait a bit for it to charge, all while my clear ice was melting, so I was rushing to finish filming while it still looked decent. I also decided to film the short version first so I was starting to feel the after effects of the old fashioned I drank before 🙃
