Asbestos Can Take Your Breath Away
I don't like the doors. My one time in a tractor I was in the side seat but you held onto the grab bar the whole time Thank you for sharing your story. Hopefully it saves some lives.
Very good right through
Yeah never gonna feel safe on the farm again
I'm glad this man shared his story. Farmers are amazing people. There lives are different. We all need each other. Stay safe folks.
Did not expect that
I had a bleed to the brain back in March 2022 i would beyond doubt be dead without the help of the air ambulance, please help them you could be next
"promo sm" ✌️
Oscar worthy work there lads ❤😂
😂😂😂
How heavy are those tractors?
Enough to squish an average car like a f*cking bug.
@@JCarey1988 oh HELLO no, that kid probably died of shock then.
It takes Decades to develop and its not a 100% guarantee you will even get it .... if it was as deadly as they say, it would of wiped out an entire generation since it was in use regularly in damm near every material made for well over 100 years .... i guess it just depends on exposure level ..... not everyone that delt with it regularly got mesothelioma..... kinda like cigarettes some people smoke thier entire lives live to be in thier 80s and 90s then die and some smokers die by 50 yrs old ......
Thats a joke my son was killed on site on 19th Sept 2018 while working in slieve Gullion forest park outside Newry during an amber warning storm and was killed by a falling tree. The police rang you and after over 2 hrs you said you were not interested in investigating his death and in fact never went to the scene. I found out after 5 weeks. Coverup or what. Yes you have blocked me and my family in FB from.seeing your site or commenting on it. Coverup or what. You will be exposed for what you are eventually and the lies we were told. Shame on HSENI.
P r o m o s m 👏
The greatest tv advert ever!!!
ok
Are the HSE over the health service in the six counties now?
Great video… you’ve achieved a lot more than many who didn’t have your unfortunate experience. Well done, thank you for sharing your story.
All 3 kinds of materials are known to contain asbestos, but likely that heat insulation has the asbestos.
Ah, the pros of living on a hobby farm.
CO is extremely deadly.
Im so glad you are alive William, I’m sorry that happened to you, but thanks be to God, you survived it x
Thank you for educated us to tge perils Hope your fully recovered 🙏
Typical farmer rushing, cutting corners, selfish. They don't give a fuck about anyone but their own self.
We all knew how old we had to be before our Parents allowed us to be on the Tractors ,One seat only . I was 12 years old driving our Tractors on the Farm .
Scary
“Domesticated animals are friendly and docile because they have been bred for thousands of years to be friendly with humans” Domesticated cows with calves:
I live on a farm so I be very very very careful
Think before you act is key here……complacency is the enemy of due diligence.
With the greatest of respect to you sir Surely you must of been aware of the dangers involved?? Knowing that the gasses are highly dangerous, so why didn't you take the appropriate steps to insure you would be safe to proceed with your work.
Your a courageous man bless you thank you educated me
You brave man, you have educated a lot of people 👏 and will always do so I will share this video to all people who are in the farming industry. May I take this opportunity to thank you personally Regards steven from n.wales.
Thank you for this training. I have a project to design and install welding extraction system and I will adopt this method.
My Uncle's hired hand LeRoy Sweatt had a terrible accident when his overalls got caught in the pto shaft. Banged up pretty good with broken ribs a broken arm and leg. He could never return to farming but he was alive. Be safe out there.🇺🇸🐄🚒🚑
Port man luck to be alive
What if your married to one tho n she bangs your best mate?
used to deliver around farms and its hard to keep these wee lads out of the way, its great they are into it and want to get involved, but when machinery is involved we need to keep them ta fook out of the road. we were never allowed near anything when it was running when i was wee, you were in your mothers arms or firmly clamped to your aunts hand and watching the goings on from a distance...one time i shouts to yer boy 'has that wee lad no xbox' as if to say send him up to the fckin house outa the road
Just how can ONE leg crushing instantly mean a kill?
Jesus Christ, is that really all you took from this video? 🤦
i use all the safety I can and never go near a spinning shaft but I'm still glad the industry appears to be moving towards hydraulic driven pumps
I remember one day when I was younger I was riding with my father while plowing. This was hard hard dirt in a field that cows walked on all winter. We were using a three bottom plow on a 80 hp tractor. Driving good until we hit I think a big ass rock. I would have hit the loader frame if my dad hadn’t grabbed me fast. I was a in away from hitting that frame
My brother has a fear of the pto shaft breaking and coming through the back window of the tractor
sad story 12 years old boy working around a tractor 🚜 and on the farm very dangerous work on the farm well god bless you mate shocking story bless 🙏
I predict a meme. I got here first, and plant the flag of memedom.
We haven't had a bull around in 35 years. The silver weenie allows us to use any bull we want without the risk.
You wouldn't have this problem if you were producing plant based milk. GO VEGAN!
What a ridiculous comment
GO VEGAN! Problem solved.
I had a push lawn mover hadnt been crank in years . i got cranked inside the car port fumes came out of the mover hit me i couldnt breath i ran to the outside could breath final after to point of passing out . doing what done can kill you .
this happened to me when i was 8, we were driving a vacuum pump on our farm for sucking out septic tanks, i stepped up on the draw bar to read the vacuum gauge for my dad ,all i felt was a couple small tugs on my jersey then bang i was completely wrapped like a small ball of string. the sky and the ground were passing that fast it was just like dark and light. my dad jumped on the the tractor in seconds he was verry quick to shut it down, but as you can see by this demonstration how long it takes to run down the last one or two revs i was hanging by all the shredded wool of what was left of my jersey. the wool was tightly knotted around my throat and shoulders, my face was facing outwards, i could see and hear everything but not breath, nearly there as one more turn went by, my legs dragging across draw bar. oh no here we go again as i was backed up a couple of turns to be untangled , i lay half over the draw bar and my feet were on the ground but i couldn't see my arms they were still tangled up behind my head. i heard dad revving the car and telling mum to keep my brother and sister away,he didn't want mum to see me either. my cousin Derick was unwrapping the last of the wool off me from my clothes then i could see the damage. no skin from my waste to my arm pits and both arms had a lot more elbows than normal. i have had a good recovery lots of scars to remind me .if anybody reads this and wants to know any more face book me . Ian Phyn nelson new zealand , we should belong to a special club or do we already. i will wrap this up.
god damn 😨
I know it’s painful I had nightmares about them I’m running away from them 😰
Well done on telling your account it's not easy
@@vindieucame to post exactly this. God damn man. Wow.
That sounds so horrible, glad you survived and recovered!
You should have someone by your side when you are working with animals.
He actually had a worker working with him
My uncle when he was on the farm he was trying to get the bull in the trailer and went behind him and give him a tap and got booted I’m the head
