Sir, regarding that episiotomy, the Qsn had more pain during menstrual bleeding too and the image of the lesion after excision. And , regarding that tubectomy, the Qsn was something like this - Tubectomy is done at the site marked by the arrow ( at isthmus ) because - Options were like this - isthmus has thick uniform muscle layer Isthmus is the narrowest part in the tube And other two but there was no option about reversal. - It was inversion of uterus.
