Escaping Society For A Short While Stealth Camping
My Son (Nick) @TheOutdurrsman set off on a stealth camp in a small parcel of land that probably in a year won’t be there anymore. The weather is starting to get cooler so it made it nice another great adventure . #camping #stealthcamping #stealthcamp #stealthcampingalliance @BayouPete

Another wonderful installment, Pete. Keep ‘em coming, my friend! 👍
Looks like you had a nice father-son sealth camp. I like your gift of gab LOL I would run out of things to s sy the first 5 minutes LOL Great job, Pete. Keep it going! Chhers!
I like the song hat they do I think its SLOW RIDE or something like that?? I remember listening to them in the 70s when I had some hearing left. I dont know this song though1 Thanks for sharing Pete.
I really try hard to go see the older bands that I grew up with because they won’t be around much longer. Thanks for viewing and commenting my friend.
@@BayouPete I was a huge KISS fan when they were playing in the 70’s and I saw them in concert 3 times and each show was completely different and amazing to watch the pyrotechnics and everything. I love Peter Frampton and still love him and his music is so good. REM, INXS and The Headstones are from my hometown too. No problem at all. Take it easy 🤣🤣🤣 another one of my favourites too from the Eagles!
Fun Fu n Fun, Breaking fishing poles? Hmm must've been a whopper! LOL Good to see you at it again, Pete. Take care!
Thank you so much for watching my friend
Another fun adventure
@BayouPete I enjoyed catching them and cooking them for y’all @TheOutDurrsman and enjoy the grand-baby and visiting with Michelle
good video pops they tasted good the other night
You got that right
I have never heard of fish called REDS, but its decent looking fish though! Do you have Snappers in your area?? or is that an Ocean fish? I have caught Red Snappers along the coast of South Carolina and Georgia, they are beautiful fish to look at and eat! Always fun fishing with you, Pete! Thanks for sharing. Have a good weekend.
@BJs-Misadventures Their actual name is a red drum but around here we call them a redfish, I fish brackish water which is water that is saltwater and freshwater mixed together where you catch saltwater and freshwater species in the same area and they do have red snappers here but that’s offshore and I fishmostly inland And thanks for watching my video and keep the cool jokes and thoughts of the day coming
@@BayouPete ahh okay thanks for clarifying that! Keep on fishing and don’t let them get away! Thanks Pete! I will keep posting my videos everyday! Cheers!
Sois unos getas Sunsire no hacéis cargo de repuestos vamos a hablar muyyy bien de vosotros en foros i grupos de pesca
Did I hear a croaker?
That’s a great observation. Yes, you did hear a Croaker. 👍
You weren’t fishing sir, you were catching! 🫡 Well done my friend.
Thank you so much for watching the video. Maybe someday we’ll make a fishing trip together.

Thanks, my friend
❤❤❤❤❤Awesome❤❤❤❤❤
Last year while I was fishing, they was nesting in those same trees, so I looked for them again this year and they were there. thanks for watching my video and if you get a chance, check out my other ones I’m sure you would enjoy them. @BayouPete
When lakes turn they will do this to. We just had one of our reservoirs do this last year and it’s a sad thing to see. Thousands of fish species died. Mainly Catfish though for whatever reason. They told us this happens frequently and there is really nothing DNR can do.
We get a lot of hurricanes in this area and we’re used to it. It happens in certain areas. Thanks for watching my video. Have a great day.
Awesome
Thanks for watching my video
If you notice how dirty the water was, but the redfish still bit 🎣🎣 @BayouPete
👏👏👏
Thanks for watching my video
This was four days after hurricane Francine
I did not see single fish on top of the water
It happened in different different areas
It takes a few days for the fish to float up. It don’t happen immediately the small fish sink automatically. It takes a few days for the big fish to float.
This Was filmed three days after hurricane Francine. Before the hurricane comes through, it pushes high water into the marsh and they close the locks to prevent flooding. All of this causes, muddy water and un oxygenated water. When the water Falls after the hurricane the Highwater pull out of the marsh and we do have some fish kills. Also, when the water piles up behind locks and they open them up, it pushes the no oxygen water out and we have fish kills. It always happens. This is no different than other storms. It’s is in isolated areas . @BayouPete
Nice! 👍
Thanks! 👍
Love the vids. But them lil fellas u catchin.
Thank you for watching my video

good video pops wish i was fishing insted of working
Only thing that would’ve made this trip better it is that the @The OutDurrsman (Nick) (Son) would have been with me
I always love a good BayouPete video. Keep ‘em coming sir!
Thank you so much for watching my video my friend as it starts to get cooler I will be back hiking and stealth camping but I fish a lot and it’s a real challenge to catch fish on camera. most of the time they don’t want to cooperate, but that’s really the fun of it.
does the river have water hyacinth weed
Yes, it does. It comes and goes with the tide sometimes there’s so much in areas that I can’t get in there. It’s another invasive species. Thanks for watching my video and commenting. @BayouPete
Thats some fast action. When was this video shot
In the last couple weeks, thanks for watching my video. @BayouPete
This is nothing new we've done this back in the late sixties and seventies on the dock in Santa Cruz California😂
Thank you so much for watching my video

Thanks for watching my video. I was out fishing and the alligator came close to my boat and New Orleans was in the background and I thought about this video.

It was a fun trip another adventure
There is nothing like when you draw back and set the hook and you have a redfish on the line it doesn’t get any better than this
Little gator just curious.Believe me Mama is close.I don't tease them like that.I just keep moving they know how far they can go.
Thanks for watching my video. I was fishing Bass and he kept coming by the boat not bothering anybody and I thought about this video.@BayouPete

I knew someone would post this sooner or later thank you so much for watching my video. If you watch my other videos, we throw back most of the big fish and keep some small fish sometime to eat. thank you so much for watching my video and commenting. Have a great day.
Whopper Ploppers are my favorite lures.
What a great explosion when they hit also, I’ve been catching a lot of fish on the fly rod. It’s good to hear from you, my friend.

The best thing is found not camping but fishing in for the nats r flying teeth is a long pants, long sleeve shirt a mosiquito hood and 2 pairs of latex gloves.
The mosquitoes was unreal
Good video but there's no way I would camp in this heat and the mosiquitoes this time of yr
They were bad but I fish every day and it starts out with the mosquitoes but as the sun comes up, they go away thank you so much for watching the video.
Anytime I can get out and do something with either one of my Sons it’s worth the adventure ,making memories ⚓️🚤🎣⛺️🦟🕷️🌊🐟😳
