RB25/26 Build for R33 Nissan Skyline
Footage of the R33 Skyline after Hans finished the build and got some numbers for it on the Mustang Dyno. We made sure to also get a better look & listen underneath the hood before it was picked up and taken home.

In 2020, Hans moved HXC Performance from his home garage to a 1 Lift shop. By Summer of 2022, HXC Performance was ready to move into a bigger shop & hire even more help! Just installed my rush racing anti-lag and i like this a hell of alot better then my gizzmo launch interface 2-step. I build 9psi of boost with this anti-lag then the gizzmo 2-step.

Just Installed the Rush Racing Anti-lag onto my 240sx with RB26 and just did a test to see if it worked and i built 5psi of boost wich is alot better then the Gizzmo wich i had on before and all it did was fry igniters wich it did a total of 4 in a 7month period and only built 3psi of boost.

It was in Japan a few years ago and was owned by someone in the military who was stationed in Japan. He then imported it and sold it to our customer here in the states.

@@jordanedelen3291 during this dyno it was a z32 na diff (4.08) jazz 1.5 way lsd, I just upgraded to r32 gtr diff 4.11 with nismo 2way lsd and upgraded 31 spline stub shafts.
Has this hit the dyno yet? Are you still on the Adaptronic ecu ? Select model I assume?
Shawn Christenson yea I run the adaptronics select, i am thinking of going with a Pro EFI here in the future. I have not tuned it yet because my tuner knows that I would get a much better outcome if I did. So I'm saving for that atm and I still need to do repairs on my trailer so it's safe for long travel.
You should check out the Adaptronic Modular ECU www.turbosource.com/Adaptronic-Modular-Nissan-300ZX-Skyline-PNP-ECU-p/ts-modrbpnp.htm VASTLY more sophisticated then the select line. Also by the way Ryan Litteral has made around 800hp on his select ECU so what you have would work but if you are interested something even better then the pro ego the Adaptronic Modular Skyline unit is the way to to go or a wire in model M2000.
Have you seen the new modular version of this ecu?
Shawn Christenson I've heard of the modular adapttronic sci but the pro efi is still a better option imo.

I hope you have a Tomei or Nitto oil pump... otherwise you're gonna have a bad time!
+RIP240SX I am running a tomei Oil Pump, tomei oil restrictor in the block, rear head oil drain mod, 19 row setrab oil cooler, tomei oil pan baffles, and mines valve cover baffles. I did my research lol, Ive been in the RB game since 2006 lol.
+RIP240SX What do you think about the Greddy oil pump?
I used the Mckinney Motorsports rb26 mount kit and I modified the awd rb26 oil pan so it could work with my rwd setup.
Did you have to modify the engine brackets or was this a kit to drop the rb26 in?

I noticed that you listed valve cover baffles and a tomei oil pump, so I was curious to know if you are using any other oil flow upgrades?

@eltipodelsofa14 it normally is, but i modified the oil pan and deleted the front diffrential off the rb26 oil pan, and im using a skyline gts rb25det rwd transmission so its 100% rwd, but sometime in the future i would like to convert my 240 to awd but its going to be a while.
488rwhp 415rwtq, but my new setup is going to make 850rwhp on race gas, and 650rwhp on pump with methonal injection. so I will have new vids up next year when we get into spring.
I own a 98 eclipse gsx & i just bought a 1998 240sx. I wanna do this swap how much was the engine & what trans did you use also did you have to make your own engine mounts or is there a kit for it..

RWTQ doesn't make sense, that's like saying rear wheel power (which can be measured in HP, PS or watts). Was it newton-meters or foot-pounds?

@tommyaj200 Yeah 95 is wat I meant sorry I was typing on my phone and yeah the Kouki S14 body style in 98 was the last style America got.
@SuperAnimekid 1994 is not an s14. thatsa s13 dohc which came with the convertible automatic transmission. 1995 yes its now the s14 till 1998. so i guess American stop making 240sx since.
@tommyaj200 In Japan there is the Silvia and the hatchback 180sx. When the Silvia and 180 went to Europe the Silvia got renamed the 200sx. America took the design of the hatchback 180 and renamed it the 240sx. In 1994 America finally got the S14 Silvia body style but kept the 240sx name.

@phantomgrey you can clearly tell its a 26dett by the piping and the of the engine and my frined had a turbo'd KA and this doesnt sound anything like it
@mushypeanut in Japan they called 180sx. 240sx are American. i dont know how or what they called 200sx cause people says model of 95-98 are 200sx but other says its not.
@tommyaj200 wrong, 240sx are americans version of the 200/180sx. only the 240 sx is left hand drive. This is clearly a left hand drive, so there for it is a 240sx.
Can I fit an rb26dett in my '92 s13 silvia 240sx?
My friend is considering getting a 91 skyline with the RB26DETT how much power can the stock motors take before modding the internals is necessary? I know a ton about subaru's but not jack about nissans lol. He was asking me and I had no clue what to say. I have heard of them going 500whp on stock internals but I just wanted to make sure.
