@@Dr_Nomadic_290 i would suggest you to postpone this for 2 months atleast. I have faced the situation so telling you. Monsoon anytime the weather gets bad and it can be for whole day also. Whatever rain gear you wear, within 2 hours you will be soaked in water. 3 days back it rained very heavily in and around tawang, submerging the road in couple of places. Although talking risk is upto you but this will be a life risk.
