One day sober, twenty years sober. Sooner or later, someone is going to say something that is going to throw a switch in your head, and you will think "oh! Shit! I UNDERSTAND THAT!" Here is what I learned. You HAVE to keep going and working on this. Without working on it, you will slip back in to old ways. (I did!). If someone says something you don't like, LET IT go. MOve on! Talk to someone else! Listen to someone else. DONT fixate on that person. remember, he/she is just like you- trying to find their way. If you can't help them, at least leave them be. Ive been to a few meetings. I have eve sat next to some famous people. WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER.

I'd a similar experience when alcohol quit me. I don't say 'I stopped drinking alcohol' simply because I never could. It simply quit me. I knew after my last session it was over. In the interview Frank did not directly say he "disagrees with Einstein" that's Bob saying that, although when you see it that is exactly what Frank is doing he is disagreeing with Einstein. Who doesn't man it's like Dennis Hopper said to Marlon Brando one through nine, no maybes, no supposes, no fractions. I’m trying to figure out why Frank Zappa would have the gaul to disagree with Einstein? Who would do that? And why? I think it has to do with music.
