      There should be a setting button on your computer screen or tv go to settings when you run the video. Set for HD 1080 that should fix your problem.

      I’m just checking back to see if you found the setting . The setting is in the video itself. While the video is running click on the video and a menu bar will come up showing our video info on the left and the setting on the right side of the screen. Again click on the setting wheel and set your 1080 HD. You can do this on all videos.

    Waikoloa, sounds like why koh low ah. Nene? lol. It's pronounced neh neh, Hawaiian geese. The height of Mauna Kea is 13,600 ft, Mauna Loa 13,500 ft. est. and the water around the Island is 18,000 ft deep. So from the bottom of the sea floor to the top is 31,000 ft, Mt. Everest which is about 29,000 ft. I'm glad you were able to visit, thanks for the video of your trip! Happy New Year, or Hau'oli Makahiki Hou!

    • @roadtrekingwithroandlo4823
      @roadtrekingwithroandlo4823 Месяц назад

      The Hawaiian language is difficult to speak properly especially if your not around it all the time. Nene I always pronounced neh neh until I tried using a language appt for pronunciation. Evidently the appt wasn’t correct. lol! As far at the summit of Mauna Loa my info came directly from the national park guide. As it says: Today the summit of Mauna Loa Volcano is about 56,000 feet (17,000 m) above the depressed sea floor - over 27,000 feet (8,230 m) taller than Mount Everest. I’m going to trust my info that I picked up from the park. Sounds like there’s a lot of different figures out there. Either way we loved the big island. Theirs so much fascinating history in the Hawaiian culture. We’ll definitely return there’s so much more that we want to see. Please excuse my lack of pronunciation. Also my info was last updated in 2024 from Hawai’i Volcanos National Park guide. Mahalo! Hau’oli Makahiki Hou! 🌺 I just found this on usgs.gov The heights of mountains are generally given by their elevation above a datum, such as sea level. The highest point on Mauna Loa is 4,170 m (13,680 ft) above sea level. But the flanks of Mauna Loa continue another 5,000 m (16,400 ft) below sea level to the sea floor. The massive central portion of the volcano has depressed the sea floor another 8,000 m (26,000 ft) in the shape of an inverted cone, reflecting the profile of the volcano above it. Thus, the total relief of Mauna Loa, from its true base to its summit, is about 17,170 m (56,000 ft). It gives us better understanding.

    • @roadtrekingwithroandlo4823
      @roadtrekingwithroandlo4823 2 месяца назад

      As long as you only juice the seeds themselves it’s good. You have to make sure Not to add any of the pith. I remove all that. The pith is what makes the bitter taste.

    • @roadtrekingwithroandlo4823
      @roadtrekingwithroandlo4823 2 месяца назад

      @ the pit inside the the actual meat of the fruit is what I mean. As long as the seeds aren’t crushed they don’t introduce any bitterness at all.

    Used to live up there in my hippie days. Slept outside in the pouring rain at Henry Cowell in a leaky tent. With the flu. Good times! Seriously. Being outside when you are young is awesome.

      @@roadtrekingwithroandlo4823 My friend’s father ran the quarry up there. It’s pretty cool place. Loved when they turned the church into a library.

    My favorite part of Port Orford is definitely Agate Beach because it has the Pacific Ocean on one side with Garrison Lake on the other.
