what exactly Composite materials which use in sidewall or selling panls?
Hi, I am an aerospace engineering student and I am currently working on a project for Sidewall panels, Dado panels, Ceiling panels, Entry door, Lavatories, Bin assemblies / compartments, as well as the costs of the construction and repair process and their reconstruction, including separation. And cleaning and sanding and .. Please if you have any information, of course, by mentioning the source to help me Sincere thanks to all of you More about this source textSource text required for additional translation information
It was much better if you wrote here that which ply you are removing from, you remove three ply from each prepreg and after the completion of the curing process I think the first one was backing material, you remove two backing material from the below and the top , then you put a thin layer of fiberglass fabric as peel ply on the top of the repair area, finally, you remove that, it was difficult to realize that.
Thanks

Hi, do you mind if i share this on linked in
Thank you for sharing your video! It is really interesting. May I ask you what materials do you use and how to make the core and skin?
The panel is covered in a single “blanket’’ and seals at the edges before a vacuum is formed. (Thats the big grey thing that comes down first) then the large heat source is lowered for curing.
Yes - that. Thanks Gary!
is there a vacuum bagging under the panel? what does make the sheet stick with the panel?
t machine seems very fragile
