Celebrate every step you take. A win is a win. Don’t minimize your accomplishments because they seem smaller than others. Stop comparing yourself & your journey to others. Their journey is theirs & yours is yours. Just like I tell my students when I teach yoga, “keep your mind on your mat.” Instead of looking around comparing yourself to others. Keep taking those steps that you consider small & it will add up. Trust the process & give yourself some grace.
