Sanjay Krishna, a 6th class boy from Nagarkurnool, recently submitted his small, but very important innovative idea to TS innovation Cell's ఇంటింటా ఇన్నోవేషన్ competition. His idea : Sanjay observed in his home, garden, neighborhood and village panchayat,school premises. He came to the same sight of USING PLSTIC COVERS for small plants everywhere.More so after TS states' హరితహారం initiative. These plants once grew a bit, the plastic cover is unwrapped and only plant with soil is planted in ground.This waste plastic which is wrapped around is thrown out irresponsibly. This he says, cause huge plastic pollution and also dangerous to animals which accidentally swallow the plastic wrapper. So he came with the idea of REPLACING PLASTIC BAG with CLOTH BAGs. This he says, will be eco-friendly and also waste-cloth can be used in bag-making so that, some economic demand can be created to women in and around nurseries. Well, it is little, small idea, but definitely a responsible idea. Recently he received an appreciation note from Nagarkurnool Collector too for this initiation. Congratulations to dear Sanjay🧠! Rajashekhar Rao, a bioscience teacher(School Assistant) Vennacherla ZPHS, Peddakothappalli, Nagar Kurnool, saw the fate of agricultural labourers during the difficult period of paddy transplantation in his village. As paddy field is water-logged and with full of soaked soil and bacteria, during paddy transplantation, their hands will be under mud-wet conditions for long hours. If they do not wash their hands properly, that soil, bacteria trapped in the middle of finger gaps cause infections and irritation, allergy etc. Also, soil and bacteria may enter the food chain and go inside causing ailment. To prevent this problem, Rajhashekhar sir came up with a Simple and workable idea - Using Surgical Gloves(or any Agri Gloves) before entering paddy field. He experimented it in live, in his village which truely gave relief to agri workers, which is demonstrated genuinely in this video. Small and Simple solutions can reduce and prevent lot of problems like the above one.Rajashekhar sir's humane experiental idea is an example for it.
