That doesn’t answer my question Qwiizlab. However, the good news is I’ve tested the unit I bought from Aliexpress from yourselves and Wi-Fi is working fine.
Just watched a video where it was explained that this unit stopped his wifi from working. ruclips.net/video/aEGVr2XC6rM/видео.html

@@qwiizlab they all look exactly the same to me
I Ditched using my Old USB A ports ages ago, transferred all my files to USB C drives or Thunder Bolt drives. Get with it Quizlab, you stuck in the dark ages. I won’t buy one until they are all thunderbolt, at least for the New M4 Mac Minis.
many people are having issues with the bluetooth with this unit
You should add power button holes on the other three corners in case a user wants to rotate the orientation of the Mac Mini.
Why would you want to face the front to the left, right, or back? Makes no sense.
A hot SSD enclosure under the air intake fan of the mini has to be a bad idea
Too big - way too big. The beauty of the mac mini m4 is the small form factor - with this, you are almost doubling the height. Also the ports - USB2.0? - why? - WHY USB 2.0???? Who even uses that - seriously cheaping out. Even the USB3.2 - why? - it's the old annoying shape you can only plug in one way. I'm trying to get rid of all my USB-A cables, converting wherever I can to the superior USB-C. Why did you have to put writing below each port? That ruins the look of this hub. Makes it look cheap. Why aren't you showing how the hub connects in this video? I know why, because it will look so ugly - very misleading. I see this as a pointless Hub for modern users. Many people will be using a thunderbolt port to hook up to a monitor and the monitor is where they will attach peripherals in a much neater way. Or they can just use the 5 available USB ports, which is quite a lot. I'd love to see a device that sits on TOP of the mac mini M4, about 10mm high, that just has space for an NVMe drive with two discrete thunderbolt ports on the back. One to connect to the mac, via a discreetly designed exact fit connector and the other so you still get all your 5 ports. It will probably require cooling, so perhaps a fan that vents out the back of the hub. Two versions, a TB 4.0 and a TB 5.0. How would it fit on top securely? A black plastic rim that matches the quality and feel of the lower plastic part on the mac mini, just deep enough to hold the hub securely on top. The problem with putting any hub on the bottom of the new mac mini is that it's going to increase the height substantially, which defeats the object have having such a small form factor. I don't expect Qwiizlab to come up with such an advanced hub, as it requires serious R&D and investment, however, it's possible Sabrent may come up with something. This product I think is cheap rubbish. The only expense is the aluminum - all the ports are just dirt cheap junk.
As others have said, TB5 is a must in order to get to the speeds close to the internal SSD with the NVMe chip. BUT, that space in between the dock and the Mini would be a neat place for an RGB light, so you get that cool glow coming from in between the two.
Yeah, nice advice for the RGB design. We will ask technical and R&D team to consider that.
nice design, but pointless spec with no Thunderbolt 4/5 support
Thanks for your advice. We will push the new model with USB4 speed 40Gbps as soon as possible.
Agree with others, needs Thunderbolt. Also, the text on each port in the front ruins the aesthetic. I think everyone knows what ports are without having to label each one. The Mac mini itself doesn’t have any labels on the front ports. I think this should be the same. Edited to add: I just noticed that even the picture on your own product box doesn’t have them.
Thanks for your advice. We will push the new model with USB4 speed 40Gbps as soon as possible.
Thunderbolt is missing, a pity because it looks nice and matches well to the mini! Hopefully you’ll include it on a future version soon?
Thanks for your feedback, your advice is heard. We will push the new model with faster speed as soon as possible.
Why not putting the dock on top of the Mac?
Makes sense, when you put it on the bottom it affect the wifi antennas in the Mac.
The speed tests for the SSD expansion were absolutely horrible, which is a shame. I was considering this until the revelation SSD speed was not going to be much faster than a SATA drive.
Thanks for your advice, we will ask R&D team to consider in the next new upgraded version of the stand hub with 40Gbps.
Hi, I'm looking to buy one, just wondering if it comes with thunderbolt 4 cable ?
Dear friend, it includes the USB4 cable for 40Gbps data transfer. You may find the buying link in the video description, it is availble on Amazon, AliExpress and our official website.
If this had a TB5 SSD, i'm in.
Your requirements and advice are heard. We will push R&D team to the new model with higher specifictions.
This build quality scared me from even looking at it.
Sorry that the product in this video is the first engineering working sample. We have updated it with qualified materials for massive production from this Monday, all products for customers' orders are well produced.
Fine but with 40 BPS port...
You requirements for data ports with faster speed is heard. Actually, our R&D team has already been developing a new version with 40Gbps. Hopefully we can see it available in early of 2025.
Isn’t the back where it exhausts heat? but the air path is being blocked by the stand
No, the center of the upper part is open
all because of that stupid power button placement
That is why we use this stand to lift the Mac mini M4 up to give space for users to press the power button more easily.
@@qwiizlab I get it, It wasn't a complaint at you, Sad it forced you to do the product like that. But congrats for being the first with this, it's worth considering for sure
@@brcosmin I see, thanks for you feeback. We will keep releasing new accessory to this new Mac mini.
Nice design, but usb 3.2? This is already outdated! Trash!

You requirements for data ports with faster speed is heard. Actually, our R&D team has already been developing a new version with 40Gbps. Hopefully we can see it available in early of 2025.
It is a great design but $100? $40 and they would sell even without the extra thunderbolt port.
Definitely needs to be thunderbolt 4 or 5 to get high speeds for an SSD. Unfortunately this is lacking but a nice design
Will you sell these on Temu as well?
We have it sellin gon Aliexpress and our official website. It will be availabe on Amazon by next week, but not on Temu or TikTok.
@@qwiizlabwil probably wait for a thunderbolt version. Thanks
@@TheHeadman We will release the update as soon as the new Thunderbolt version is availble. Thank you.
minimum usb standard should be 3.0 and forget 2.x ever existed its too slow for anything but a keyboard/mouse and printer.... and these are Bluetooth/dongle and wifi now too. The upstream should be thunderbolt/usb4 (40gbps) and at least 1 thunderbolt/usb4 port on the hub. yes its first but it seems rushed and cheap specs.
Alu or Plastic ?
The stand itselft is aluminum while the USB hub part is plastic.
its in two pieces, the outside is aluminum, the bottom is plastic.
Cool design how can I get this and what would it cost ?
For a Mac Mini M4 without Thunderbolt? Sorry, no chance.
Your choice (TB4/5) is wise. And we are planning to release a new model using a similar design as this, the retailer price will be US$199.99. We are trying best to have it massive production before March 2025.
How do you get full speed of bottom-mounted SSD drive without TB 5 port?
The SSD mounted only gets 10Gps speed. This hub/dock is not TB5.
@@qwiizlab 😆 - seriously? So the max speed an NVMe is going to get is 1000Mbps. Even the cheapest NVMe SSD's are capable of 2400Mbps !
@@qwiizlab Basicslly the SSD drive port is useless. I put a drive in there yesterday & it was slower than a MicroSD card.
Where is Thunderbolt port??? No thanks.
It only gets 10Gps speed. This hub/dock is not TB5. The USB-C port is on the rear of the product for connecting to Mac mini.

Nice aesthetic idea. The world is moving at breakneck speed towards a USB-C port or a Thunderbolt port, whether Thunderbolt 3, 4 or 5. But Thunderbolt. The USB-A ports at the front are old-fashioned and no longer practical for such a fast computer. Even if the stand/hub cost 20 to 40 euros more, it would still be a good offer.
Thanks for your sincere advice, we will let our sales team know that.
colorii tech design
Customers will have more options and brands to choose from. That's fine.
@qwiizlab The problem is this is not nade by your brand, nor invented.
Cool design! Does the rear Host port is TB5 so I can take advantage of 5th gen nvme?
This is not a Thunderbolt dock. It's only using USB 3.2 gen2
This restricts the airflow, crap design
Please check the video carefully, the hole on the top of the stand leaves enough space for the Mac mini. It does not block any holes on the bottom of the Mac mini for air ventilation.
How does it restrict the airflow more than a desk would?
@@psychoacer The hot air exhaust from the back of the Mini - which is being blocked by the metal stand. It would have been much better to have the support on the left and right side, not the back !!!
Great idea and cool design, but no Thunderbolt? Most people are not going to give up a Thunderbolt 4/5 port to plug this in. You should at least have a pass through Thunderbolt port so people don't lose one. If you had put 1 Thunderbolt port on the front instead of that ancient USB 2.0 port that would have been amazing. You guys should re think this.
Thanks for your advice, we will ask R&D team to consider in the next new upgraded version of the stand hub.
Pls forward your wish to the Thunderbolt licence owner (Intel) to make the certification of a device with TB interface easier, faster and less expensive, feasible also for non-multibillion companies to get it. Pls update us all what you have achieved.
@@nick066hu The advice is not practical. If new computer stands/hubs are developed and they no longer correspond to the state of the art, they will not be marketable.
@@peterfranko1146 you don't get it, there are many standards in computer industry that are free to use for the manufacturer, for example DisplayPort is free to licence and use. HDMI on the contrary must be licenced for money and certified for money, this makes it more expensive for any manufacturer and makes a lot of money for a few on this Planet. USB is free, but owning anything with Thunderbolt you have paid a 'tax' to the licence owner. Using QR codes is free, because the patent owner Denso gives it away for free. Having seat belts in cars was free form the beginning because the Patent owner Volvo allowed to use it for free so all could benefit. Perhaps you could ask Intel to be on the right side of history. That is what I tried to communicate, got it now?
Yes, I know that. But when manufacturers develop new products that are intended to conquer the market, the latest connections for such fast computers must be offered in the technical/computer sector. Otherwise, the look remains, which is attractive and offers a solution for the power button. You have to pay the price for licensing and factor it into the price OR the product sells poorly. A commercial decision. Currently, the new stand for the Apple Mac mini 4 is ONLY interesting for early Mac mini 4 adapters. The stand is not backwards compatible.
do you have something similar to your UH25 that's the same size as the Mac Mini m4?
